Where can we report this company and sue them?!

Jessica W. A lawsuit isn't ignorant. This company clearly misrepresented the items. I ordered one dress I got a child's shirt. When I looked back online the size I ordered was correct but what was displayed in the picture on a normal size model was not what I received. I'm not sure if a child could fit her head through the neck hole. So yes it is their fault. And Heather H. Having a no returns policy is not the same as I'll send you what I like and you have to like it. You can repost them to the BBB but if they are not a member there isn't much that can be done. You can't file a lawsuit against a company that doesn't opperate in this country. Best thing is don't shop there again and tell others. You may be able to file a complaint with your credit card company.

I dont know. I have yet to get anywhere with the company. I am just putting it down as a LOSS and huge disappointment. All I can do is let others know how bad this company is.

I received a refund after going through PayPal and keeping on emailing them over and over. Not worth it. It amazes me that a company with a 13% approval rating could even still be in business. My fault for not looking at reviews first, I never would have ordered.

I waited for four months for clothes that never came - two different packages never arrived. Now I've been waiting for a month for the refund they promised me would 5-7 business days. This is a business alright. They are in the business of scamming people out of money while holding them off as long as possible with niceties and extreme politeness. It's a business model - but a very crooked one. DON'T BUY CLOTHES FROM ROSEGAL OR AFFILIATES!

I turned them into the better business bureau until they finally refunded my money six months later. Just do it over and over til they do something. Don't drive yourself crazy trying to get more. Just report them over and over.

On Facebook there's a site called "Rosegal Is Scam". They often have links to places to report them. After they ripped me off, I reported them to the BBB, International Cyber Fraud, Consumer Affairs, and my states District Attorneys Office. Basically, any consumer protection agency that would hear me. I emailed and posted complaints to Rosegal every single day for about 3 months until they blocked me. Finally, 5 months later I received a refund. I've reported them to Facebook, Pinterest, have signed every petition and joined every Take Down Rosegal Group I can find to try to protect fellow shoppers. I shop online overseas all the time and have never been stolen from before. Shame on me for being so naive and not reading the reviews prior. Thanks to this scammer group, I'm a much more savvy shopper.

Nope. They are a ghost crew website and I am sure the positive views are them posing as customers. My expieriece with them i just cut ny loses they were so quick taking my money but never got what i actually ordered I was sent a 4X dress and ordered a large and the othet dress and jewelry I ordered I never received

Ordering from them was the worst experience I've ever had! I needed to return items that were too small. I repeatedly asked for a return address and they kept avoiding my question. Finally I returned to address where it came from. But Rosegal says they never received the items. I demanded my refund. They kept putting me off. I was relentless and kept writing them. I finally filed a claim with Better Business Bureau and then Rosegal started being nice and refunded my money. Like others said, this is a company in China and they are crooks!

I reported them to FB - that is where I saw them and then ordered. They are not an American company so the BBB won't do anything. I also did a charge dispute on my credit card which my credit card company credited me my money back. Rosegal has until mid February to respond to dispute. They are a horrible, rip off company that has terrible made clothing - that is if you get the clothes. I tell everyone not to order from this company. Stinks!

If you paid with Paypal contact them and explain your problem they will dispute this with rosegal.

I copy and pasted all of these negative comments to their ticket system. And refused to comply with their ridiculous demand if me sending the item back. I also entered a complaint here on Site Jabber, as well as on their Facebook account. I sent them pics with the measurements of the poor quality item. And reported them to my card holder services department. I got my money back... all of it... my name is Keondra Kennard. Copy and past this to their tickets system along with all of the other bad reviews. And post them on your Facebook page, and their page as well. Write your own detailed review as well and post it frequently. Flood their tickets system as often as you wish. And don't let up until you are given all of your money back. And never do business with them again.

Send pics of what you received & pics of what was advertised & just don't gv up until you get to a manager. Don't listen to ignorant people, listen to what you know is right. If you order a burger & they gv you an empty cup, you either want your money back or the correct item you paid for. Anything other than a just resolution is cause to scream it from any mountain top thats willing to listen & resolve the issue. I can't stress this enough, read the return policy prior to ordering

As others have said, reporting them to the bbb is pretty much all you could probably do. I just took my loss and will never order from them again and I will tell others they shouldn't either

I got ripped off by them. What I bought and actually received was horrible. The quality was horrible and the sizing for achild. Is any one a attorney? We need someone to give us our legal rights and get someone to shut them down.

I had to give my Clothes to my cousin who is a size 3 and they we're a size Large because mailing it back would cost me 70.00 dollars. I would like to know how to stop them from using Face book would put them out of business.We have to get in touch with someone in charge of face book.

Good luck. They are not a reputable company. When I finally received the rag ( 4 months later-) I just put it in the garbage and thanked my lucky stars I hadn't ordered more.

File a dispute with your credit card. When they saw I did that they tried to tell me imI could NOW send back my items after 3 months of them telling me to keep them. And they were only giving me $25 out of the $65 I spent. And then they sent me their address... in China... so I am letting my cc company handle it.

TO EVERYONE: Rosegal should be CLOSED DOWN. If you happen to use the Rosegal site. I am sorry you will get taken to the cleaners. What to do is complain to whatever card you used. Keep complaining and complaining you possibly will get your money back from the card and Rosegal will get their name on the BAD list again. There is NO way to get your money back if you don't get it from your card. Rosegal will make you different offers - 10 20 40 and 50% you have to keep complaining. Don't bother to keep trying to complain to Rosegal. JUST GO TO YOUR CARD AND REPORT THEM AS SCAM.
I have also been caught in a Fraud on my Credit since I dealt with Rosegal

Just post your concern on this site. They only seem to answer if you post a complain about them. I have sent numerous emails to them, they never, ever answered. After I posted my problem, about a week later I received not only a reply, but an apology. Please don't order from this company. I gave all of my clothes to my granddaughter. None of them fit.

I contacted support over a million times. They refunded my card for half the cost and gave me a 7.7 credit. Bull$#*! I know and it was after months of messaging them.

Unfortunately there's no other way but I did threaten to sue them that definitely helped lol. Good luck I hope you get your money back

Sure, but by the time you go through small claims you'll be paying 10 times what you paid for the product. If you used PayPal call them & explain the situation then let them do the work. Otherwise call your credit card company & put in a dispute.

My dear ignor them, Rosegals! Re bad news, but rather find a way of getting ur refund. I actually got my refund, three days after contacting PayPal the fraud. I wonder why they re still in operation?

Lucy- you have the same information as I have- read it - and when you do, you will discover that Rosegal is based in China- so you cannot report them to anyone on this continent- nobody will care- they are not American. You can't sue them either. Perhaps Pinterest could stop them advertising on their site-- if you have the energy, complain to Pinterest-- tell them that Rosegal is a disreputable company and is swindling people out of their money... just a suggestion-Cheers-

Report them to trading standards consumer law in the uk and the sales of goods act covers it eg sec 14 quality what ever country you are in they will have a similar regulatory body e commerce is covered by these laws too. I got my money back as I threatened them as I know the law but not everybody does bad reviews hurt them more than anything:-) post any bad things on Facebook that's what I did;-)

I just kept filing complaints. I really didn't think I would ever see my items but after complaining I finally did receive merchandise! (About 3 months later) Mine did fit but not great quality. I will never order from them again and learned a lesson! Good luck. I agree this company needs to be shut down!

I challanged them through my bank credit card.
I lost he challenge because I could not return the items that I didn't want because I could not get that far on their website to find out how to return them. I believe they set it up that way so that you can't return it and that way they always win the challenge, so, best of luck to you.

Due them for what? I have received item approximately 6 and j have them away the quality is shabby not acceptable. Most things made in factories outside our countries are not the best. You should of read previous messages about quality good luck! Sueing would cost you 10x more do don't waste your time.

Have you sent them a question regarding your purchase? They usually take 24 hours to respond and I've always had great experience. They give you several options on how to receive reimbursement. You cant challenge it through your bank because you authorized the purchase. If your issue is that you have not received your item yet, it literally take a month or so. I would always read the reviews before your purchase and always use paypal or a secure payment system. I would really recommend contacting them because they will make an effort to make it right. I earned $30 in credit because a pair of pants were too small and another pair was dis-continued. Consider where you're ordering from and how much you're spending.

You want to report them to the BBB and you can always contact the attorney general and see if they deal with international, which they probably don't, but its worth a try. The only other thing you can do is get an attorney on your own and see if anyone will take the case and possibly make a class action lawsuit out of it. If know one will, its probably best just to never buy from them again because there has been more problems with them then not.

Have you read ALL the terms and conditions that are clearly outlined on their web pages? EG it clearly states no returns. Patrice S -- why were you trying to return when there are no returns.
Did you follow the terms and conditionsthem? Did you match your expectations to what they clearly explain. Did you check the sizing they supply for EACH item before ordering? Each item may have slightly different sizing as Rosegal is not a manufacturer. That is why they supply a size guide for every clothing item.

You didn't say what your issue is? None receipt of order? What kind of delivery did YOU request when you placed your order? If your concern is about delivery, your issue would not be with Rosegal anyway.

4 out of the 6 items I ordered were great. One was too small, another was horrible quality. Is that RoseGals fault? Not really. I was the one who took a risk and ordered AFTER reading reviews. That being said, I would still order a again. It's cheap stuff. That's the point. If you didn't receive your item, contact customer care. I haven't had an issue. Or if you paid with PayPal, go through them. Suing is a little ignorant. You should have known what you were getting into.
