I assume you have to create a"ticket" and someone should respond to you with in 24hours. BUT, good luck if I never even received any of my 7items... and I still have not received a refund since 9/22/15. So good luck
Should have done your research before buying. Rosegal has a 0% satisfaction guarantee. I agree with Marisa - best you can do is dispute through your credit card company.
They basically don't return items. I just donated the clothing. What a waste!
I don't know. They finally responded to my complaints about not receiving the merchandise. I was told they would credit my account. Nothing yet. Been a week. JUST DONT USE THIS COMPANY ANYMORE. Not worth the headaches.
Good luck! Even if you can find a return address, you have to have your order number, which is NOT on the packing slip. I ended up giving the clothes to Goodwill and spreading the word that this company doesn't make clothes in American sizes
Anne, I have been trading emails with Rosegal now for a while. I finally got all my money back but NOT from Rosegal but from my card. I have not and will not ever buy on line from a site that looks too good to be true because once you look into the company it is from China and they lie. I wish you luck but I say don't give up contact your card company especially if it paypal. These two companies Rosegal and Sammysdress I think are the same company. I have not done any purchases from Sammys but I did call their phone number and it has the same answer that Rosegal. I am telling all people I know to NOT give up. I was told by Rosegal they would give me back 100% of my money minus the shipping. My card gave me 100% of all I paid. Keep talking with your card company and complaining to Rosegal. They should NOT be allowed to trade in the USA and we need to make people NOT purchase from them. Good Luck Judy
You are lucky you even got your items. I am still waiting for mine from the 4/9/15. I was lucky to get my money back from my credit card company. They are a total scam.
If I were you I would take it up with your credit card company.

You will not be able to this site offers no returns I had to eventually receive my money back from my credit card company. Rosegal is a scam
Quality and size are rubbish- size 16 ordered-actually about 8/10. Badly made and poor quality fabric- no labels in and no packing note or invoice have given up trying to return - obviously no refund- also trade under other names... should not be allowed to trade...
Rosegal support center is where i contacted them on their website and filed a question and they responded promptly to that. I finally got a full refund and they didn't want me to send the items back, however i have no use for them because they fit a seven year old.
Don't even bother. Company is in China and not reputable at all. If can dispute with your credi card so that because you have better luck with that than getting your money back from this crappy company.
Dispute the charges, donate the rags or use them to wash your car. You won't be able to return them. However, consider yourself lucky in that you even received some thing from them.
You probably will never get a return address. I'm still waiting for my purchase 15 weeks later. I have no doubt that if I ever receive it the dress will be of crap quality and doll sized.
You can't... I'm sure your package arrived with no invoice or info about how to return it. The best you can do is get ahold of your credit card company & dispute the charge, tell them the product was not satisfactory or damaged & they should refund your money. Also tell them the company did not provide any return info.
Get a ticket they responded to me writhing 24 hrs I got all my stuff I ordered within 2 months and 1 item I did not receive they gave me a refund for half of it. I'm happy I at least got a response it did not end as bad as I thought.
Good luck I'm not sure where u would return stuff I never received my stuff. I filed a complaint and WOW it took a week or so but they refunded my money. Persistence is key don't give up file a complaint if you need to with the better business bureau it worked for me. Good luck hope you get your money back!
Trying to submit a ticket is a waste of time. Write a bad review on their page and they will get back to you. I got my refund, don't give up! Email them, just keep on at them. They were very apologetic. I still won't buy from this company again.
I flooded their "ticket" system with bad reviews and replied to their responses with a statement of non compliance to their run are bylaws and peacefully requested my money returned. When they responded to me that a refund was forth coming I called my card holder service to verify payment. My card holder refunded my money and then when Rose gal complied my cardholder took back their funds. Hope this helps. Copy and paste their bad reviews... post it to their page, facebook, etc and contact your cardholder services dept and file a fraud complaint.
Hi, I must agree with everyone else. I don't believe you can return your item. I have never received my item so I filed a complaint with the FTC and my bank. My bank will be giving my money back not Rosegal. Every week they lie about giving my money back. I also told them I am suing them for fraud. I found if you list everything on here that is an issue for you they will respond. It does not take 8-25 days to refund your account. I sell clothes on Poshmark and had a problem with a purchase. I filed my complaint and notified the seller. They made a decision and I had my money back in 3 days. I will never use Rosegal again. Again post your issue on here to get their attention. Today I am going to post what they said about my refund. Now since I have been posting on here about not receiving my item they are finally shipping it. But I have already sent in my dispute paperwork to my bank with copies of all the emails Rosegal sent back and forth to me and my responses. I hope all this helps.

I don't think they let you. You can send a support ticket but they want answer you. Terrible company!
Yeah, don't waste your time and money, you have to pay for the shipping out of pocket, which will be expensive, and they can say they never got it, since they don't any responsibility for anything. I would file a dispute with your credit card company, and give the items to someone.
My guess, postcdonethingbhete about not being able to contact anyone and you MIGHT get contacted. I was sent the wrong size... way to big, posted myninsbilityvto get ahold of anyone and someone asked me my order number. I only had it from the email confirming my order. It was only then I got the right shirt and size and they never asked me for the wrong shirt back so I gave it away.
I have never received my goods. So I don't know. They keep giving u tickets online, goes on forever.
I filed a complaint with PayPal. I got 1 of 2 items I ordered in early October.
I'm 5'8" and it may fit my 3 yo better.
SammyDress is another to avoid.

The clothes sizes are obviously terribly too small.
You can try and contact them but they won't return or even exchange anything.
I told them I just wanted to exchange items but I think it's run by some teenager in China who really doesn't give a damn, nor understand customer service we expect.
I'm just going to give my stuff away to some kids or goodwill.

Hi I'm sorry I really don't know. Never received anything from them to have to send back. They just quite happily take people's money and don't send any goods. Your very lucky you received the goods you paid for.
Open a ticket and be ready to wait a long time... When they respond then they will send you a form to complete and send the items, be sure to have a tracking number with them so you know when they arrive and then don't give up, after 9 months I finally got my 100$ back... I had to open something like 26 tickets with them tho. Good luck
They have instructions on the site but I never figured it out. They gave me $40 back on my card (still waiting to be reimbursed) since I didn't return the items I didn't get the full $73 back. But shipping to China I can only imagine would cost upwards of $20 so that was more worth it to me. They don't reimburse you for shipping costs
Unfortunately you are stuck with unwanted items like many others. It's impossible to return. They should be shut down. But on the bright side. Just least you got your order. I never did

It is your responsability to check the measurements and the size conversion chart before you order. There is a size chart specific to EACH item provided for you. This company does not set the mail/shipping costs from your country to China (eg UPS). I am sure you will find the cost of shipping and tracking will cost as much as what you paid for the items. I believe most will agree that Rosegal are not responsible for you not checking sizing before ordering and the returns, complaints etc procedures are clear in the About Us section. Did you familarize yourself with them before ordering and set your expectations accordingly? Remember, this company has customers right around the world. No matter which country you order from, it would be a very unreal expectation for that company to adjust every order to be the same as the country they are shipping to.
