If you paid by PayPal, than you may open a case and have PayPal agent to do so for you. You are protecting by PayPal policy, they have to respond the case. If they don't, PayPal will automatically refunds you in full amount. If they respond, than you can ask PayPal agent to request the retuning. You must ask them to give you the valid address through PayPal. Otherwise they may said they did not receive the returning and it's your fault that you didn't confirm the valid address with them.
