There is no return' info on my order. Also no business address. How do I return items that are not the size they are advertised to be?

There is a returns policy page on the Roselinlin website. It clearly states that you must send items to China or take a 15 percent refund. You can fight them through your banking institution or Paypal.

Good luck!
I want to return my order but they wont send me a return paid label! All they offer is 15% refund. Outrageous. I should have read the reviews before ordering

If you try to return it to China they insist you pay for "Port Fees" (who knows how much that is). And misc costs for restocking. Give your purchases to a Thrift store. At least you can get a tax deduction.

This company is a complete fraud! The items I ordered were poor quality material and shoddy sewing. Not at all what is pictured online. I tried to send everything back, but could not get them to answer my emails for a return slip. They only responded when I finally emailed that I was going to accept a 15% refund. I ended up donating all times. I will NEWVER buy from them again. Also, be aware that they advertise under various different company names!

This is a total scam and a fraud!
They force you tor return to China items sent from Ontario Canada. Why? Because the know that you won't send back their junk to China.
I would have to pay 88$ to return to China junk items not worth 1/10 of paid price and that were sent from an office in Ontario, Canada.
