Big fan of Robert Graham, was searching online for deals and came across this site. I knew the Saks store brand by name, figured this was like Nordstrom Rack having last season/overstock items at a deep discount. Got three pairs of shoes, several shirts, and a robe. All of them high quality and certainly not knock offs (I have legit RG shirts from their shop on Abbot Kinney so I know what real RG shirts are. Absolutely floored by the prices, fantastic for what you get. Had no issues with shipping, ordered on a Friday afternoon, and everything arrived by Monday, well packed and everything there. Not sure why so many people had issues, this was flawless for me. Would order again.

“The worst quality and customer service”

If there was 0 star possibility - they are 0. The worst customer service (especially Sadik S and his supervisor Peter). Paid money, ordered suede shoes, received fake leather in a destroyed box - quality is like Temu $2.99 shoes. Wanted these shoes before Thanksgiving. The solution from the customer service was to pay for the return, get the refund within 30 days and order new ones. By that time, suede shoes I wanted were not available anymore. Peter (supervisor) was extremely rude.

Didn't receive two jackets that I bought at different times and they were sent on different dates. They blame Fedex as if they lost two jackets that were sent on completely different days. The FedEx label has been created, not even sent yet, and where did they get lost? And they also say that they will refund me in 3-7 days if they approve 😃 This is crazy 🤦‍ Does this mean that I may not get my money if they decide so? Don't joke with me like that guys, there are authorities higher than you, who will gladly take this case against you 😉

I ordered a dress from them and returned it. A month later i still had not gotten a refund. When I called them, they said they had received my package, as the return shipping tracking indicated, but the dress was somehow not scanned after the package was opened at the warehouse and because it could not be located afterwards, they could not give me a refund. How crazy! What happens inside their warehouse is not my fault! I called customer service 3 times about this over 2 weeks and still could not get a resolution. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card.

Since I cannot put 0, I put 1. I returned 2 items a month ago and only one was credited back. They keep saying that have to wait for the investigation to be finished which according to the rep is 3 to 10 business days howmaboit a month?
Oh and I forgot to mention that the item was not send to the proper adress originally. Strange since I have been using the same address for the past ten years and never had a delivery issue before.
So sad how Off saks and saks customer services standards, either on line or in the store, have become extremely low. Especially for a company whose merchandise is not cheap in the first place.

Paid for expedited shipping and item was not received when it was supposed to be. Language barrier w/ customer service who refused to refund the shipping even though the carriers website showed which day the item was coming which was 2 days after it was supposed to. Finally refunded the expedited shipping. Still waiting for the return that I sent back to be refunded that was received by them 2 wks ago. They charge $9.95 restocking fee. Even the manufacturer does not do any of that. Worst part is, their website said that the wool sweater could be machine washed and that ruined it. Washed in cold water, inside out and that messed it up. Washed it again because I wore it and hoping that would help the bleed, messed it up even more. After the fact, read the Versace site which says to refer to the care label on the item. There is not a care label on the sweater, only an authenticity tag. I may try to see if Versace can remedy the issue with the actual sweater but if not and I don't get my money back for the returned sweater soon, I will file with the BBB (against SOF)

Tip for consumers:
Only bought from them because the item was cheaper than buying from Versace directly. I will stick with Versace from now on. Don't like the $9.95 restocking fee. I want all my money back. I returned the sweater the next day when I saw that it was too big.

I purchased 2 kids' swimsuits and never got them; when I tried to contact them, they told me they were delivered to the locker room, which I don't have. The customer service told me they would investigate within 10 days, but the next day, they sent me an email saying that they refused to refund. The customer service, which is probably in India, refused to give her name and supervisor. This is the worst experience I had.

I do not recommend buying from the Saks off 5th online store.
I am a former customer who was frustrated by that company's terrible customer service.
In the last purchase, I made several orders with various items.
One is missing. I made the claim and they practically made fun of me.
They told me that they were not wrong about the shipments and that they trusted their warehouses.
That is, they told me that I am a liar and that I don't deserve credit.
Summary: In addition to being disappointed, and feeling scammed, I feel that Saks Off 5Th has lost the essence of excellence and respect for customers.
This site violates the rights of consumers
If you don't want to feel disappointed and robbed, don't buy from the Saks Off 5th online

I used to order from off saks frequently and never had an issue. But I returned three things two months ago and they only refunded me for 2/3 items. I've been told for two months that I will get a refund and now they are saying they have no record that the item was returned. I have an email stating that all three items were received, plus all three items were in the same damn box. I've wasted two months of my life trying to talk to customer service (5 people told me I am due for a refund and that accounting will get to it) and NOW they say they never received it. I have three voicemails from customer support and each one is talking about someone else's refund issues, not mine. What a joke. I will no longer buy anything from this company.

I ordered four items but only received 3. I contacted Customer Service for an investigation and received a no-refund decision! It infuriated me because it was their packing crew's fault for not including all the items in my order. And now, no refund means that I have to pay for something that I never received. This company is a joke! I used to be a loyal customer of Saks. After this bad experience, I've learned a lesson that cost me $70--I closed my account and any communications with this company. Stay away!

DO NOT EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AS THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! AFTER BEING A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF OVER 30 YEARS THEY COULDN'T MAKE A ONE TIME EXCEPTION TO RETURN AN ITEM OUTSIDE THEIR WINDOW! THEY EVEN TOLD ME IF I WERE HOSPITALIZED FOR 3 MONTHS THEY STILL WOULD NOT MAKE AN EXCEPTION TO THEIR RULE SO I WOULD ADVISE TO NEVER EVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AS THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I ordered a pair of designer shoes on clearance.
What I received was a used pair of shoes in the wrong size in some random other designer box. There was no new shoe packing, just slung in a box that did not correlate with the shoes
Appalling customer service follow up. Ruined them needed for event. All Saks off 5th agents offshore say that Saks does NOT have US contact that Saks off 5th corporate is now in Philippines! And sadly we all know how frustrating it is dealing with the customer service offshore. When calling a store the staff confirmed that!?
Saks off5th is a US based corporation!
Apparently they have their offshore 3rd party contractors and domestic store staff lie about the corporate location in an effort to shield the executive management from any sort of accountability.
Stay Away...
This is classic bait and switch
Trying to fraudulently pass off used merchandise on unsuspecting customers. Additionally trying to correct they turn into a maze of deception.

Tip for consumers:
That they misrepresent the merchandise as NEW
No quality control the merchandise even if it had been new (it was not) was the wrong size!
No US based representatives if you have a problem you get the complete run around from agents that barely communicate english effectively.

I ordered a 2 piece tuxedo. Only the jacket was shipped. No pants. The jacket had been rolled up and placed in a gallon size plastic bag. When I contacted customer service, the non-US based customer service representative asked me to upload a picture of the missing pants... (really). Ultimately, another agent sent me a return label. I had to argue about not paying SOF's $9.95 return fee. It will take 2 weeks to credit my credit card. Somehow, I just know SOF's next illogical move will be to say that I only returned part of the suit and that my refund thus cannot be processed. Never again. Walmart has better customer service.

Ordered on 2/7/24 package was due to arrive 2/12. It's 2/15 and still nothing. I reached out to saks and was told the shipper must have lost it and I will have to wait weeks for a refund until they authorize it. They use a low budget shipping company- Pandion. If I had known this, I never would've ordered in the first place! Shop at Nordstrom rack instead where they use reputable shipping companies and have awesome customer service.

I ordered what I thought was a well made "red" wool baseball cap for my daughter. She received this a terribly mis-shaped "black nylon" cap with a bill that looked like a very sad duck.

When I made my first inquiry as to a return they asked for a picture of the hat received, a copy of the receipt and bar code attached to the hat - I sent all and have not received any further communication.

This review is not about the poor quality nor the wrong item received, it is about POOR customer service.

Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere, but remember to read reviews before you do!

P.S. I gave them 1 star only because I had to, oh yeah, they did take my money and send out "something" in return. :(

Purchased a gold necklace, returned the next day as it was damaged. They received the item on Dec 26,2023 and I still have not received my refund. I learned the first customer rep I spoke to did not open a claim when I called to follow up. The second rep opened a claim. It will take 10 business days to research and another 5 to receive the refund. If I am lucky I will receive my refund end of February.

As many other people have said, this company will not refund you any return or misplaced packages. The customer service agents are horrible and don't resolve anything. I have been going on 2 months trying to get my money back. WARNING: do not buy from this retailer. It may seem like buying from a big department store might be easier to deal with customer service but WRONG!

I had the most horrible experience and I am involving my attorney on this matter:

I ordered 14k golden necklace which has NEVER been delivered to my building!
The carrier sent a photo of package delivered to the wrong building.
I sent a photo of my lobby which is completely different the lobby from carriers photo and also a confirmation from my doorman that he never received a package. (Photos are attached)

I have filed claim twice with Saks Off Fifth and both times they denied my claim saying that the package was delivered.

I would never recommend anyone to order anything online from them!

Very bad experience, my black friday purchase was a waste of time and money. Clothings were defect where I had to make a return, they still charged me shipping fee. Customer service can not be found and if you get lucky with their phone number, they barely understand English. I will never buy any thing from Saks Off 5th.

If I read other people's review a head of time, I would not have ordered from Saks

I am very disappointed with this company's refund process. I have ordered two ladies' coats one of which was too small and I had to return it. The return label was for USPS so had to stand in a long line at the post office which was two weeks ago and there is no sign of my refund monies. They received the item a week ago but still no refund. Their long refund policy is actually defeating their purpose of selling as much merchandise as they can for the Holidays, since people are unable to spend the refund monies on other merchandise which most of us would. Due to their awful return/refund policy, I won't be shopping on this site again

They sent products different from description. They also sent counterfeit luxury perfume which lasted less than an hour. Then I had to pay $10 to return. They prevented me from reviewing their products from their website. They are just like scammer. Only buy from them if you can accept paying returning fees to return their counterfeit products.

Do not look at the reviews on their website. After I made purchases,
they made it impossible for me to review with low stars. Do not buy from this scammer.

STAY AWAY! DON'T DO IT! Ordered pretty dress and shoes my daughter loved for her high school graduation. Two weeks in advance. Told initially would arrive in 3 days. Never showed up. Had to scramble 2 days before to find something nice. Agents not very attentive, don't listen to you. Have to wait 5 days past due date before start refund, which will take up to 2 weeks to complete. Customer service sounds like a bunch of AI programs unable to clearly appreciate situations. Saks is not anything close to its former reputation.

Tip for consumers:
Navigation of site not easy. Too many ads to join membership group. Estimated delivery time not to be trusted.

I ordered two ornaments from Saks off 5th. One was broken upon receiving it, either in the warehouse or shipping. Possibly before shipping because the other ornament arrived just fine in the same shipping box. After MANY emails back and forth to their customer service they finally send me a shipping label to return for refund and they are charging me $9 to return their broken product. I should not be charged to fix this situation. I even emailed pictures as proof of it being broken. I will never buy from them again and will review on any site I'm able!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t order anything fragile from this site. Personally, I won’t be ordering anything else, ever.
