Why do the advertise one price and at check out it is a higher price?

I am ordering a lehenga and it says $63.84 usd but when i tried to check out it says $99.84? That is false advertisment and dishonest.
it seems you have some bad reviews, how can I be assured if the outfit doesn't fit that I will get my money back?
