I want to cancel my subscription. I thought I was agreeing to a free trial. I have already sent you and email requesting the cancellation and again the money has been deducted. Bad!

Same thing happenned to me. I was on free trial cancelled my subscription yet they have been charging sometimes even twice a month. I want my refund!

Worst company ever. Scribd are a scam! I opened a free trial and cancelled that free trial THE VERY SAME DAY, it was all confirmed I had cancelled by scribd. A month later, they have charged me money and ignoring all of my messages! Worst service ever. Listen
