Whenever my order is wrong i contact seamless and they refund me. Not sure why everyone else is having issues. But do not call the restaurant because they are going to pull a bunch of crap, and make things complicated. Seamless has been very similar to amazon and does a lot to help the customer. Very good experience!
It's been several times that my delivery has been left for me in front of the door of my building, and the driver doesn't take the trouble to come up and give me my food. I didn't eat the food or people could have touchor something else. I find it dangerous and unprofessional so the food went in the trash. It's unacceptable

0 stars! They will steal your money and tell you to your face. If you speak English as your native language. Forget trying to understand the rep! And I feel like they're trying hard not to annunciate. Because I understand everything until I asked for a refund

This was the first time we used Seamless. The experience has been anything but seamless. I have 2 emails and a text message from Seamless confirming the order. The Pizza store did not receive the order and I didn't have time to wait for them to start preparing several pizzas. The store said they would refund my $87. Multiple times I contacted the store over the past 12 days because a refund has not appeared on my credit card. They tell me they can't figure out why a refund isn't coming through. I contacted Seamless by chat, the only way they make available to get "Customer Care." Even though I have been working with the store within minutes and again within 24 hours, and again over the past 12 days, Seamless says they won't refund because it has been over 48 hours. I asked for a supervisor, who only continued to repeat their policy. I am going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
I stated there was no service fee and a lower delivery charge and gave themselves a 20%+ tip. Contacted them thru chat and they were useless, sounds crooked to me and will never use this scam again.

Tried for latest issue (a bunch of food spilled in the bag and the bowl was wide open), kept getting told I needed to speak with an agent but when I tried it kept sending me back to the start. I have ordered through seamless for 10 years and am switching to DoorDash.
Seamless likes to hire drivers who can't read or speak a lick of English. Multiple times they've dropped my order off at the wrong address. When they actually do get the address right, they fail to follow delivery instructions. Most recently I placed an order that was very early in the morning. This total foreign idiot driver shows up and starts ringing every doorbell in my apartment building, disturbing my neighbors and waking them up out of their sleep. F**k seamless
Avoid seamless! Placed an order for $40. Never received the food and was told they could not redeliver or issue me a refund. Spoke to three different people and one rep even said "don't waste your time". This company is a JOKE! And they treat people this way because they know they can get away with it.
NEVER on time with deliveries. If you normally eat around a specific time, order your food about 2 hours earlier than that, because that is how fast they get your orders to you. Never ordering from seamless again, not worth the hunger headache.
Not only does Seamless charge a fee for delivery, which is understandable, they add fees to the order and hide it under taxes so that the average consumer doesn't see the increase. But the really insidious thing they do is raising the menu price of items. In this picture I took a screenshot of a checkout window from a local pizza place. I then added on the left the price to order exactly the same thing from the store itself. The difference in price is not subtle, Seamless is straight up robbing you. Unless you have no other option, avoid this 'service'
Ordered a group order and wanted to pull a receipt for company expenses. No option available. Order just reflects a single order. Requested via chat an email with group order receipt. They informed me they would send it but it never showed up in my inbox. A few weeks later, I reached out to them and this is what happened (chat history attached via image). Worst solution ever! Never use this platform if you are a company.
This company has failed to deliver my order so many times. On a number of occasions recently they simply did not show up. I had to contact them to request a refund. Tonight I was called by the delivery guy who told me the restaurant did not have my order. Repeatedly taking my money then failing to deliver what I ordered is not acceptable. You never offer any compensation. You suck. I have deleted the app. I hope your company fails and goes bankrupt because you deserve to fail. You are useless and I hate you for treating me like **** holding my money when you repeatedly fail to deliver and wasting my time,
It was used to be able to talk to a real person... now just a chat that you can be easily ignored (see the screenshot). In fact, just 4 customer reps came to the chat and left in a second without resolve anything. It started with a person assigned to my question about the monthly free meal. The customer rep "Brittany L." replied "check your email for that" and "Is there anything I can do for you?" (she repeated this several times, feel that what she cares is moving on than resolving the issue. Then in 2 seconds, "since I don't hear from you." she left the chat. After her, a few reps came to the chat and all left in a second. If a company can't honor what it advertises "monthly free meal for being a member", it should just refund... for the people who don't want to be a customer rep but just want to get paid for occupying a position, should just quit, otherwise, ruin the company's business.

Food (dinner) never delivered after 1.5 hours. Missed my train home. On calling seamless/grubhub, was told driver had a 'language barrier'. Not sure what that means. I'm assuming its a grubhub driver, so they are responsible. NEVER ordering from them ever again. Walk away with your dollars. This $7 bn market cap company doesn't need your money given this level of service.
Corporate website is the single most awful piece of garbage. It is plagued with random bugs that prevent your order from going through.Not only this, but if your order is cancelled for whatever reason, seamless will hold you money hostage so you cannot order again until you manage to call through to them only after being transferred by their support 3-4 times.
Repeatedly takes the order online charges your card. Then just before delivery window you get a notification the order will be delayed. Then you get a call later assuming it's the delivery person saying your food has arrived. But instead it's the customer service at Seamless saying that they've cancelled your order because the restaurant was closed before they processed your order an hour and half ago. Now you'll get a refund in 5-10 business days. They did this to me two days in a row. I used Seamless 2-3 times a week minimum for years now I'm never using them again. I doubt I'll even see my $95.00 in refunds to be honest. They are the worse. Not to mention they up charge so much. Makes a $20.00 delivery cost $45.00 every time for nothing. Call the restaurant directly for delivery and stop paying these middle men crooks.
So, so awful. This business is in need of some serious help. I have stopped using them altogether because I kept having drivers steal my food- they would just mark it as "delivered" without so much as driving by or calling me. When I tried to reach out to them, radio silence. Seamless always credits me for the food, but it doesn't address the fact that a bunch of time was wasted and then I am left without food. There is no accountability for the drivers, as this has happened several times. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Seamless just stole $108 from my credit card. They double charged me for an order and the customer service guy, Ryan, was crass and unhelpful. The driver, Tammera, is completely clueless and rude. She said my order was complete but it was not. She has her husband helping her do her job and she still can't get it right! So on top of the theft, which I will be filing a claim with my credit card company for, she brought me an incomplete order. Wonder if her hubby got a little peckish on the way to my place... Use another app folks. This is a scam.
Was charged twice for one take out order. Did not call within 48hrs and was politely told to piss off. I have the inner satisfaction of knowing that they will lose significantly more than they gained.

Number two! If there is a mistake from the restaurant they didn't even refund me but give me a 20% off On the next order so in the end I spend $38 dollar for one cold pizza!

Ordered a meal. Put "No Sauce" on the details due to allergy issues. Site did not let food vendor know. Food arrived with said sauce. Called food place who stated they were not informed of the food restriction. Messaged Seamless directly and was basically told I was SOL and now I'm buying a second meal since I can't eat the first...
I was a member of seamless plus for the last month, but I had to call every day for them to give me a refund of the delivery, because the discount never worked when I finalized the order. After a month without working, I just can't renew the plan anymore and no one helps me to solve it. I have to order food every day there because of my work agreement, and simply no one can solve the problem! I'm trying to be a seamless plus member again, but it seems that they blocked my app so I could register again. I have all case numbers and all emails and proofs.
Tried to use a gift card, but it was not a payment option, When I called they said i needed to give them my credit card info in order to use their gift card. Also, i noticed the prices on the site are higher than when you order direct. Not a good option if you are picking up!

Mexican Culture is a really great restaurant, especially for orders in. Its chicken mole was the best I've eaten in years, and other things like tamales the same. It is very reasonably priced and orders are delivered incredibly quickly. I recommend it without hesitation.
