I was charged this month 22,36 and I believe I didn't subscribe sendGrid.. I don't have any way of contacting them. What can I do?

How do you cancel a sendgrid account. They have me locked out, won't answer my emails and you can't get a human on any of their telephone numbers. You can leave a message but they never return your calls.
I use Mandrill and I inbox like crazy. Compared to every other ESP Ive used, Mandrill just SMOKES them (especially SMTP.com). I use IEM (Interspire) and mail through ESPs via SMTP relays. I'm considering trying out SendGrid. Does anyone know how SendGrid compares to Mandrill in regard to high deliverability/inboxing?
I am looking for email marketing company similar to constant contact, but less $$$. Does this company have a similar service?
