Yes, generally there is a 20% referral fee on leads provided by all sources such as homes.com and others. There is no referral fee on the marketing records provided on the referral radar. There is also no referral fee on any data or leads generated by the CRM and or the open house visitor management tool. Hope this helps

Don't let this happen to you. It's happened to me and it stings because I'm a single mom with a son with ankylosing spondylitis. My medical bills are up the roof and when I was several months into the program, I wasn't getting valid leads. They were all fake:(
These people do not care. They're making people believe they're this huge startup company but all they're doing is getting their "leads" from questionable resources and bilking agents from thousands.
I don't think but overall i'm satisfied their business policy.
