on 4/16/20I have tried every medium to get ahold of these people with no luck at all.
It was very easy for me. I used the one located in Canada, I believe. The sales Rep- Eric gave me his Direct Ext. He was great to work with. My new machine is Awesome. I can't wait till I order my Serger. I will definitely be ordering from them for all my sewing things
It is impossible to reach Customer Service; the 800 number takes you to a continuous loop of music and all kinds of apologies as to the wait time.
