Not at all. Easy to pull up and stays in place and doesn't till down. Light so not hot at all
Not at all, Laura. You just need to get the right size, it's best if you get your size based on your actual hip measurement in inches. Also, it is made from breathable, light-weight fabric that makes it comfortable even in the hottest weather.
