I've tried the tanks as well as high-waist shorts for shaping and smoothing. They work pretty well and I recommend them! The compression is about medium firmness, so it won't squeeze you into clothes that are sizes too small, but it will help you look less bumpy which is what I needed. The only complaint I have is that the materials are uncomfortably hot in the summer weather. So, if you'll be in air conditioning or inside most of the time, these are great. Just don't go out in the sun for too long with them or be prepared to sweat.

The new sizes didn't fit, either, but when I tried to return for refund, the website said the return window had closed. It had only been about 2 or 3 weeks since my original order. I spent over 30 minutes on their online chat, and was told that they were having errors with their system, and that a return label was being manually created and would be sent to me within an hour - but I should allow 24-48 hours. It's been about 10 days, and I still havent received the label. I just chatted again, and was told "We'll process your refund amounting to $73.97 USD within 5 to 10 business days." Based on what I'm reading here, I am highly skeptical I will ever see that refund.

I strongly suggest to steer clear of this company. If you encounter a problem or have a question, you have to chat with a less than intelligent robot who will not address your problem. Interesting way of passing you off! Their sizing chart is not accurate and they make it impossible to make the changes to correct the situation. Significant money down the tube! Thanks Shapermint!

I would say that the website is not user friendly. It said that I had one hour to make a change to my order but the robot would not acknowledge my request. Played stupid!! So now i have 2 of 3 items that I did not want (the brown duo) and a 3rd that doesn't fit as stated. This was a terrible experience!!

They are deceptive and email you saying if you don't object we will subscribe you to our club. This email went to spam so I didn't even know I was subscribed, it happened automatically and without my knowledge or consent.
They also charged the fee twice in the same month. Very deceptive company, avoid like the plague they are.

They deceptively sign you up to their club without you being aware of consenting. Their emails go to spam so you don't even know you've been scammed until you check your bank account.

Absolutely love the Truekind Wireless Bra but my last order was never delivered and I can't seem to get to a live person (at least I'm hoping I've never gotten a real person because they would be terribly incompetent) - only AI bots that ask the same question over and over and promise a credit that never comes. There is no phone number - only "chats" and email and this has been going on for 3 weeks.

I love my Shapermint bras and camis. They're incredibly comfortable. I'm always amazed when I wear them about how often I forget I have them on. The only things stopping me from giving a 5-star review is that I haven't tried everything yet and I'm still working on finding the exact correct size for my body. I was very happy with the fabric on Shapermint, & it didn't feel too confining. I love the biker shorts with dresses as your thighs don't rub together and all my fluffies are kept in check. Fabric is soft & comfortable. Will definitely be buying more from Shapermint in the future.

I've ordered from this company a few times and am generally satisfied, especially with the quality. It's important to measure yourself for proper sizing, and know that "high-waisted" can be higher than you might think! The prices aren't always consistent, so watch them for a while to know what's a good deal. You'll also get more offers just before checking out. Please pay attention to precisely what the offer is before choosing it.

The biggest thing I've learned is that buyers need to know that sizing may not be what they're used to wearing, so be sure to measure. I've also found that additional offers are extended to the buyer at the end of each purchase—as you are checking out. Read the details carefully. Seriously, who knew? I'm a 38DD and have never found a bra that was comfortable, supportive (without underwire), and affordable until now. I was worried about not being able to try on before buying but the guarantee and the price put me at ease. When the order arrived (a couple of days earlier than anticipated), everything fit well and each bra came with an extender "just in case". Now I'm enjoying having full support, being comfortable, and not having a stray underwire poking me. Yay!

I placed an order and 2 days later I received 2 emails stating that my order has been delivered. I have nothing. I tried Chat, all that is, is a bot. I tried Messenger, all that is, is a bot. I tried email, haven't gotten a response. I tried calling, says leave a message, I did not considering all other methods did not work. There is absolutely no customer service.

I recently purchased 4 of the wire-free support bras. My mistake. I should have bought one and tried it. I do not like the fit. The band around the bottom will not stay down. It is more like a padded bra than one yo give extra support. It makes my boobs look even bigger than they already are. I look like a football player with pads! I know people love them. Not me! And I have drawers full of other products from you that I love. After many years, this is my 1st BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!

I've just bought my 3rd Truekind Shaper Bra. These are so comfortable, I honestly had no idea that a bra could be so 'not wearing a bra' comfortable. And it gives a great shape - I've had a number of comments about looking good, & a few asking if I've lost weight! Thanks it for me now, only these bras in future.
My only negative is that the money off codes don't seem to work in the UK. And do be careful that you don't accidentally sign up to the Club as I did so & was suddenly charged about £5 &, had I not cancelled the membership immediately, would have incurred the same charge every month!

They need to make the automatic sign up to the Club much clearer, and if trading in the UK, they need to ensure that their money off coupons actually work in the UK.

Ordered my mother a small size bra since I am so crazy about these bras. The size was too small so I ordered a Medium bra. The customer service chat lady was so nice and told me to donate the small bra to charity. They then sent me the medium bra. I was so impressed by their customer service departmant that I ordered me two more bras, her two more bras and some leggings for the fall. I have several of the everyday tanks! Love that there's enough hold in them to not have to wear a bra. I have two of the no wire bras and they're really my favorite. So comfortable! Definitely recommend.

Super comfy and great fit! I struggle to find bras that aren't too snug in the band and don't have the "cup gap". After wearing these, I now even see a difference in what I thought were my favorite brand. These are my new favorite!
