My order took four to five weeks. The clothes weren't at all how they looked online either.

God love you, honey, there is no telling when! Sometimes it is quick, and sometimes it is eternal. They are in China. Don't pay any attention to the sweet emails they will send you assuring you they are working day and night to help you. But, I do believe it WILL come. I hope you like it, because returns are a separate circle of hell. Have a cup of tea and try and relax, that's all you can at this point.

Even though they say "Stocked in US", orders still ship from China. This place, I'm sure, forces there employees to work 10-12 hour shifts, 6 days a week. They have very unsafe labor houses. Many employees DIE every week so Americans & Europeans can buy cheap cloths. Buyer beware. The cloths look very cute indeed but are made "one size"! One size? WTH! Cloths are too small for the standard sized American woman. It's a perfect place for millions of girls to waste their money. I was a big sucker for this too and received my order in 8 weeks. They arrived way too small. Example: My daughter is 28 and wears size 4 in the US. I ordered a large and it was too small for her.

Two weeks at least. I paid for express shipping and it took two weeks. I never received a refund
For the shipping. There is no way to contact them. I will never order from them again and
I suspect their labor practices are abusive.

It took 3 or 4 weeks for me and I only had one item. It was a dress and when I received it the color was completely different than the color shown online and the product was very cheaply made. I will not order from this company again.

I ordered about 12 piece of clothing and it came in 4-5 days. I think the speed varies from country to country as Ive seen many complaints, but everyone whove ordered from my country loves shein.

This so-called company is located in China. Many orders take 6 weeks or longer to arrive, if at all. Returns are at your expense. These guys are crooks. They will do anything possible to avoid giving you a refund. They hassle you relentlessly if you write a bad review, all the while refusing to make things right and only offering a 5% discount on your next order, though if you refuse, they will do slightly better. They have stolen all the privacy and security logos they use on their site and plant good reviews. The quality of their goods is so bad. Read the reviews and avoid doing business with these guys at all costs. There are so many reliable companies in the US that will stand behind their goods.

Lately, It's been taking about 2 weeks. Even for "ships in 24 hours" items. But I've cancelled orders in the past that have taken over 6 weeks to arrive

Prompt? How does Christmas sound to you? Horrific company

My guess, the cloths come from out of the U.S. Expect a month or longer. Good luck
