There is no one to speak to. I agree with other responses here you need to write a bad review to get attention. Shein is a company who is taking advantage of consumers and treating us as if we have no intelligence. It's sad they are still in business. I guess people can't pass up what looks like a deal at any cost. Buy USA or at least in the USA.
Right no phone number, you have to do an on-line chat. Good Luck, this business is a total scam. But if you leave a bad review they will get back to you immediately because all they care about is their business, not pleasing their customers. So maybe you should try that!

Well. I never had any issue with SheIn, always got my packages. But they currently are on holidays because it's the Chinese Year of the Monkey celebration.
If you write a review on the sitejabber Shein main page, they should respond to you fairly quickly. I heard from them sooner through this website then I did when I put in a "ticket" through their website. Good luck!

You will never receive your order! Try and dispute the charge/get a refund before it's too late. This company is fraudulent and uses the money they take from innocent shoppers to pay the cheap labor of bloggers to write false "good reviews."
Isn't it alarming that there's no phone number! These scam artist have taken advantage of another victim.
Try to get a refund as soon as possible!
