I personally have only ever purchased off of their website. I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.

I ordered 4 dresses and I was suprised, they were all VERY good quality and true to size. I've only ordered once but it's the first time I ordered on an online site were everything actually turned out as described. No tiny Asian sizes. As long as you read the reviews and follow the size chart the quality is definitely worth the price.

I love their prices the clothes are decent quality, but the shipping and the communication with the company is terrible.

It's a roll of the dice as to wether or not you'll even receive your purchase, but I guarantee that you will pay for it promptly. This site is fraudulent and because they ship so little product they keep the revenue to pay for people to write broken English, positive reviews to offset the honest negative reviews.
Why would so many people write negative reviews about their experience? No negative review mentions any other business; so this isn't a business tactics from a rivaling company. They all give unique details explaining their specific, albeit horrible, experience. They kept my money until I wrote them and reviews about them on several sites, everyday. But they did give me my refund after a few weeks.
Why do the vast majority of the positive reviews sound the same?

Not sure about the app like they said but refunds are good and you'll get the products you ordered. The biggest issue is timing it usually takes two weeks as oppose to whatever time they give you for you to receive them. But sometimes you get lucky, my first order came in 3 days. Second time took 2 weeks.

No, they r crooks! Horrible quality, every piece in my order was faulty, damaged or quickly fell apart. Try getting a refund- it won't happen. They hassle you mercilessly if you write a bad review, asking you to remove it several times a day, Before you throw your money away, listen to me- don't! I shop mostly online and this was the Worst experience ever. Also, any returns must be shipped at Your expense to China.

Not at all their sizes never fit true to size and it's all cheap quality but if your looking for something affordable then this might be the place but your orderes aren't guarantied to arrive or get your refund back. You minght want to try it for yourself and get like a cheap tee or something and see how it goes so you can make your own conclusions

The app and website are exactly the same. I have ordered over 35 items (not joking lmao) from them and I got everything. As for the quality I'd say the cheapest things like 5-15USD are a bit shitty but anything over 20USD is usually pretty nice.
