I purchased a Shellybag at a Kiosk at a local mall. Before I got the straps switched on the bag, the clasp broke. Unfortunately, I tried to return the defective bag, but was told I could only get 'store credit'. There was a paper sign on my return trip taped to the Kiosk, but I did not see it there at time of purchase. I did however inquire about the return policy and was told Shellybag company stands behind their product and with a credit card purchase, it could be refunded off the card if any problems. I did not want another bag to replace the one I had, so I am in the process of trying to get this resolved. Now, I am not getting any response from the manager or owner. I should have listened to my intuition telling me not to purchase the product when the sales clerk could not find a good fitting shell for the large base I was purchasing... expensive lesson learned!
