Impossible because there is no customer helpline on the their website. It's simply inconceivable that such a company is allowed to operate in the UK considering the awful way it treats paying customers.
Absolute ridiculous. Can't get a hold of anyone. When speaking on online chat they don't give you managers details to get things resolved. Scam company.
Don't bother calling them... They don't answer... You'll end up wasting your time... I had to call atleast 5 times to get hold of them once... Pathetic
