Trust me rather use another company like myus, stackry or viabox. You will probably get your parcel using them, but if something goes wrong you will never get an answer.
Chat will answer your no problem but support will never reply.
If you need a parcel reshiped, then yes, you can use them, but never use them for letter forwarding. They will never send the letter, will ask you to verify account, to send 100s of proofs and when you finally manage to send everything by post, they will refuse to send your letter. I spend £20+ on mail and documentation notarization. But never got my letter forwarded. I had 1 letter. Now my letter is still at shipito as they refuse to return it or forward it to me.
I didn't have a problem with this company either. I've used them heaps of times and recently used their services for consolidating 6 packages. Was pretty happy :)
I would recomend you first to read more comments at least if you do not believe the negative ones here- something I missed doing and regreted later on. Have in mind that in forums the companies can write positive coments also from false customer point of view...
My experience was completely negative and the final result- lost package costing 80$, additional costs related to the shipito account opening, warehouse and payment to get back my deposit - paypal usually doesn't cost anything as fees and taxes for transfers though... So my advice- either select another company or risk it first with something cheap enough not to regret it much when delayed, transport made twice the previous adviced cost and even lost at the end.
I did not have a problem with this company. If u get stuck use their online chat and they guide u thru it. My best friend uses them and has not had any problem. Good luck
