I called bedabox during business hours about 100 times between monday and now. I was lucky once to have Sabina on the line. My btc payment went through but it wasn't updated on the system. She promised she was going to resolve it and ship the package the same day (Monday). 24 hours later nothing happened and me being me (desperate to have my package) I made another payment to have it shipped. Just afterwards Sabina mails me saying she has detected that I have paid twice and that I should send her a btc address so she can refund the first payment. I send her the address 24 hours later(now), guess what's happened... nothing. As if that is not enough the package I paid to be shipped out got returned (due to an incomplete invoice) to bedabox the following day and I sent like 5 mails and placed 60 phone calls to no avail. To my astonishment the package got placed in my friend's account (the one who actually told me about bedabox). That's probably because he receives my packages here so his name was on the package. I have tried contacting them to rectify the situation to no avail. The most likely scenario is I will have to pay again to have the item shipped and only God knows what will happen then too. One package requires three payments to ship. That's not the most annoying part, their blatant disrespect for customers by not picking phone calls during business hours is what angers me. Maybe after all this I will get a refund, have my package placed in my box and shipped but my best guess is it will take 7-10 days to fix that. So much for customer service. Bedabox is a good service if you have things going smoothly but the first rough patch will make you wish you never signed up.
