Same thing here. Didnt think it worked so I ordered some where else. Looks like I will be getting 4 pairs of shoes instead of 2.

Its the same issues I had when I wrote the review. I had difficulty trying not only to track but to get someone to deal with my query effectively. They kept quoting shipment sent but no delivery. I wrote to them by email to complain several times and requested a refund as unable to track and no receipt of goods. Hope this helps
