I recently ordered a pair of shoes, but it didn't show up in the 'my orders' section of the website. any thoughts?

Same thing here. Didnt think it worked so I ordered some where else. Looks like I will be getting 4 pairs of shoes instead of 2.

If i order 2 shoes right now how long will they take to come?

I order some shoes and i can't track them while the status of the shipment says it complete.

Answer:

Its the same issues I had when I wrote the review. I had difficulty trying not only to track but to get someone to deal with my query effectively. They kept quoting shipment sent but no delivery. I wrote to them by email to complain several times and requested a refund as unable to track and no receipt of goods. Hope this helps
