In order to benefit from shoe dazzle offer you MUST be a VIP member. Without it you are welcome to purchase their shoes except they will cost you double the price. Yes you made a mistake and you can cancel but not before they run a transaction to your credit card, you have to call back and they will give you a refund which will take 7 to 10 business days. Oh did I mention the shoe order that you had originally placed is not valid! Only if you are a VIP member will you get shoes for $40 so remember before you buy they will charge you they will take the money from your card and they will give it back to you after 10 business days it's not worth it clever scam
Just call customer service and tell them, let them know you'd like to cancel. They'll most likely try and offer you points and talk you out of it, check your bank statement to make sure they don't charge your card after you cancel, write down the name of who you talked to in case you have issues later...
