I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! From a girl that loves shopping I repeat: save yourself the trouble. Go on their yelp page take a look at their reviews. They hardly have 2 stars on there. It's for a reason! Take a look at the review I left on their as well. It's under Paola. It's not so much the shoe quality I'm complaining about, its the deceiving lies and horrible customer service. Go take a look at my situation. I wish I never bought shoes from this company. I'm stuck in what seems to be a never ending cycle with this company. :/

I see that everyone else here have negative experience with Shoe Dazzle. So I guess it answered your question already. I can say is watch out and monitor your back account, Shoe Dazzle will steal your money, they will charge you every month as if forcing you to buy shoes every month from them, so you will be charged of $39.95 no matter what... If I were you, don't fall from their sale offers because there's a scam behind it! Goodluck!

All of the shoes I have bought here were very poor quality and they upgraded me to VIP, where they charge you $39.99 every month, without me signing up for it. I do not recommend them at all. Try amazon for a much better selection but just remember you get what you pay for so avoid cheap shoes. Charlotte Russe has cute shoes for a reasonable price.

Stay far away from shoe dazzle. Their shoes are junk and their customer service is a joke. Go to DSW. Much better quality and you can see their physical shoe versus a picture. I bought a pair a boots that I thought were one color based on the picture, but when I got them they were not even close. Never buy shoes online unless they are a reputable company.

The boots I bought broke immediately, the heel came through in to the inside part of the boot after wearing them three times. My experience attempting to get a refund was a nightmare. Not worth the effort... try Amazon or Zappos

I highly recommend 6pm.com: Brand new and name brand shoes. Prices are great, I always look through the sale shoes and never spend anywhere near $39.95 unless its for some Adidas or something (and usually not more than $40). Shipping is always around 5-6$.
I honestly don't understand shoedazzle business model, I tried it once when they were JustFab (they've since merged with each other)- why would you pay 40$ just for the opportunity to spend it on their shoes? Back then I purchased a bag from justfab and the quality was below Steve Madden and polyurethane material. Plus it was extremely difficult/time consuming to cancel

Personally I've never been disappointed with shoedazzle whatever I buy always arrive on time and the return policy is very great. Also customer service is wonderful they will ensure you get what you ordered. I would suggest you try it out for yourself and if you're not satisfied then don't shop there anymore.

I joined Shoedazzle VIP last November and have bought 6 pairs of shoes from them. I HAVE NEVER had a problem with this site. My purchases were of good quality, wear very well, and shipping is fast. I have colleagues who order from this site as well. I question some of the bad reviews for real and wonder if these people are just being extra. I'd say go for it. You'll never know unless you try for yourself. I love them.

Yes go to the mall better deals better materials. These shoes are very tip quality. Marshaws TjMax way better deal don't waist your money in my opinion. Tip looking shows are not cute ladies :)
