I have ordered a few pairs of shoes before and had no problems but I just ordered 2 pair on sale and it signed me up for the VIP thing! How can I cancel this? I don't want to be a part of VIP, I just wanted the sale shoes, What can I do?

Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel.
The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent!

Hope this helps!

If you wanna cancel the VIP thing you gotta call them and give like a random reason why you wanna cancel it. Lets way u gonna move out of the country etc etc. they're really annoying.

Based on the bad reviews that should help you to make a sound decision as to avoid this company. I had a drawn out issue trying to cancel my account and get a refund, went through BBB but the people at ShoeDazzle are deceptive. If you decide to chance it (shoes are not great by the way, check out DSW or Outlet mall) use a gift card so they can't auto charge your account every month. You will not remember to skip a month if you give them full access to your funds. Heed the warnings.

They automatically add you to their VIP membership with recurring $39.99 fees on your credit card if you skip or opt out. A very scammy site, with horrendous customer service, you might actually get a person who talks English, you might get your money back, you might get it in credit, you may get nothing... but you WILL get billed that $39.99!

Yes. The VIP membership should be optional and I believe that the scam is based on the reality that most of the women are no buying shoes every month. They create a VIP membership to ensure that the price will be low everytime you purchase a pair of shoes, but anyways the shoes are still overpriced. The quality of this shoes is terrible. I can get the same quality at Kmart or walmart if I want to and I can get two or three pair for $39.95. Regarding the VIP Cathy contact them and see what they can agree with you. I lost money with them when they actually cancel my membership.

I am thinking about joining shoe dazzle, but I am hesitant because of the negative feedback. Do they debit your account only when you purchase shoes, or do they do this before you indicate that you want the shoes offered for your selection.

Many thanks.

It looks like the main reason not to join after reading the other reviews is that the shoes just are not that original.

The shoes are disappointing. Ashley, just be very selective of the shoes you buy. Dont do any heels w/out a platform. Your feet will burn like hell! I know mines did on the first wear...

So i just bought my first pair of shoes on the 2nd of March, and does this mean that i don't have to do that whole skip a month thing now since I purchased something?
