I understand how the membership works but I'm worried they're going to make it difficult to cancel it? Does anyone have experience with canceling?

Hello! This is from the ShoeDazzle team. We know that this question was raised over a year ago, but we would like to address it. It is so sad to hear that you are now deciding to let go of your VIP membership, however, if that is your final decision, we will respect that wholeheartedly. There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee. You can still purchase for the retail price with free shipping for orders of $59 and above. Let me know if you like to be a pay-as-you-go member, I can help you make that change in your account.

I cancel all the time. I want to take advantage of the deals but I can't afford to spend that kind of money on shoes every month. Call only takes a sec and if you have points, they are still redeemable after you cancel.

I have had to cancel mine before. It wasn't difficult at all. I kept my account, though. You can also skip months as needed.
