The material of our merchandise varies depending on the specific style of the item. We strive to provide high-quality merchandise at an affordable price. If the item you purchased is not to your liking, we have a 60-day return policy available to our members (excluding items that are under final sale as per the promotion's terms). You can return the item for an exchange for a different size or color or return it for a store credit, which can be used towards VIP-priced items; however, it may not be combined with a promotion depending on the terms. Bad quality

Quality sucks and so does shoe dazzle they are scammers

So far I haven't had a problem with their material. Shoes are always great but then again we all have our different opinions so I'd suggest you try it for yourself first and see what you think. But for me shoe dazzle is great

Basically you get what you pay for. It honestly depends on the shoe - some pairs I've gotten from JustFab (a comparable company) have been great and some are super cheap looking/feeing. Aldo, Bakers, or even the shoes from DSW are definitely a better buy.

Its poor quality... Dont waste your time

Poor quality the amount you pay monthly to join your better off paying more for a better pair of boots! Check out Aldo if you want a nice pair, they stand behind their products unlike Shoe Dazzle! Buyer Beware! Just being honest speaking from experience with them!
