O! Automated answer, no choice for errors just pay your bill, no human and if you do try goes to hang ups.
They are terrible customer service at shopyourway.com. I tried to call and get help with their Partner Link program (getting points for alternate credit cards) and twice they sent me to sears.com credit card which isn't helpful and the third time they said give me a few minutes to research it and then hung up.
Sears is pathetic to think they will survive as a company if this is the type of programs they associate themselves to.
The Sears name was once trusted and I can't trust them anymore.

Its easy to get ahold of them, but they are all overseas and the language barrier is real- this was the most frustrating experience EVER!
