It's a scam in the sense that you can't use your points in the way they advertise. They are very few items in their catalogue you can actually buy. Most are not available for shipping, not available in your area or out of stock. That's a scam!

Scam! They entice you to make a purchase at showing a lower price using your ghost points then charge you full price if you fall for this contact the Federal trade commission FTC. Gov

It's a legit company, but actually redeeming the points your earned easily is a SCAM!
