My order arrived in under 2 weeks. I ordered 2 different colors in M (I'm 5'2" and 135lb, 36"bust). They fit perfectly- I intend to use as a light weight modesty layer. These tanks seem well constructed and just as described. I will hand wash and line dry to avoid possible premature wear and tear. I would order from Silk Silkie again.
A US 14 XL is 6" smaller than the US size chart provided. I have to pay $12.00 to return for postage. And I am not trusting the return refund. This experience has been horrible. AI automated email responses do not even relate to what the problem is. Unless a US size zero. RUN!
I bought two cowl neck tops, both size small. One was a good fit, the other was a totally different shape and size. Returning is at buyers expense. From Australia cheapest post is $38.65. For a top bought for $88 its not worth it. Lesson learned, read reviews first from a company not associated with Amazon.

I bought some products from the them (to Austria) and half year later I received an invoice with an additional 50% of the original price that I had to pay for the customs fee. If you are buying from them, expect that an additional 50% can be charged as the product comes from China.
As I've was told, these fees can be charged within 5 years of the purchase (due o customs inspections).
Their customer service is responsive, but provided no practical help.

Have reported after 2 months of purchrase with photos, detailed description and offer to return the clothes that the trousers are unravelling (hand wash only, only worn in bed,.). The customer centre is either an AI or the people have a pool of English phrases they copy and paste, as the messages repeat word for word and contradict each other. No guarantee was given. After months of very frustrating discussions, a paltry 15% refund was offered (not yet received). No matter how cheap the offer, Silksilky is not worth the price (still far too expensive to only wear for 2 months). Organic silk trousers from another manufacturer, which are hardly more expensive, not only feel better but also last for several years.

Pyjamas more polyester feel than silk, terrible fit, nothing like the size advertised and at £100 awful value. Asked to return but they gave me an address is the USA. Had to email numerous times to finally get a UK address to return to. They also said they would refund my return postage as their sizing was so bad but they haven't. Same looking pyjamas (also claiming to be silk) available on Amazon for £9.99! The order number is UK*******

SilkSilky sent me the wrong item. First they wanted to send me the correct item and then work with me on the return. Sounded fishy so I said no, I want to return it for full refund. Back and forth emails and I finally did get a return address.
I mailed it back today and asked for full refund plus postage plus return postage as this was their error.
They said they could not credit my credit card I used to purchase it and that they needed my PayPal account. I didn't have a PayPal account but they insisted. So I set one up just for this. I will delete it once this nonsense is over.
This is the last email I got from them, so we'll see how much refund I do get.
" We are sorry that there is no extra money left to refund the shipping fee after your order is refunded, so we need you to provide us with your PayPal account"

IT'S A SCAM. Over a month ago I purchased an order on the Silksilky page for which I paid 38.99€. My order never reached me. I contacted them a month later to find out about my order which I never received nor was refunded and then tell me they have destroyed my order because they couldn't reach me. I was never contacted by them nor the delivery company. They don't refund me and I don't have my order. Don't buy from this shop.

Pure scam!
Spent £635 to purchase items. They arrived and the quality is absolutely chocking. I have been trying to rerun for weeks. Paid an additional £61 for DHL return. Problem with their address so held at customs. They failed to respond to German customs which I think is trying to track the seller. They never responded to them. They never responded to DHL and didn't act on my request to arrange collection of the package. Several weeks after, the package is returned back to me. It has been 2 months, costing me over £700 and I can't get my money back. Reported to Action Fraud to international investigation and the Police. It doesn't surprise me if they are already trying to shot them down. No telephone number to ring. It's chocking that a scam like this is allowed to operate for so long

I can't believe I can't even return this profit without " prior approval!" are you kidding me and if you are approved you have to pay for it the reason I'm returning is it didn't fit the sizing is not good so just so you know be sure you will like it and be sure it will fit before you decide to buy. They make so much money off of this. They don't really care. Wow what a rip off I received it as a gift and the sizing is whacked. I have had much better quality from other things from other silk companies just saying always look at their return policy I can't even get an address to return it because it has to be a prior approval …. I don't have the packing slip because it was a gift and that's what they require the number on the packing slip. I have the persons name and address that ordered for me but that's not what they want. I got two pajamas from silk silk and one of them got ripped after one use. I contact them and they told I could not return so I returned just the one I never used. They started saying they could not refund me because I just returned one pajama. Are you kidding me? Now we are fighting with our card to get our money back. They said we need to stop fighting with cars and they would just return the money and that never happened and they sent a email saying they could not return our money.

My husband purchased the Spaghetti Strap Pure Silk Camisole Set for me which cost over $100. I tried on the items and noticed the elastic waist of the pants had a manufacturing fault and there was pulling / a hole. All attempts to return the products have been stonewalled by this company and they have only offered a very small % discount without even possibility of a replacement (I actually want to return the item for a full refund as I have no faith in the quality of the product or customer service of the company). This scam company are extremely frustrating to deal with on refund policy, I bought an item based in their website sizing guide and it arrived three sizes too small and it definitely was not silk. There have been multiple emails from them asking for my paypal address for
Refund which I have confirmed and also notified them that the paypal account is how the order was placed. I have contacted paypal who have cautioned them and still they are harassing me with ignorant emails for paypal info.
Such a Saga. They do not understand English or how a company operates.
Do not buy from this scam Chinese could care less company.

Not only do they advertise as an American company, they are a Chinese owned company that sells scam products.
I ordered a robe & Pajama set for my wife and followed their exact size chart. The product I received looked as if it were made to fit a small child. I contacted customer support and got zero comforting response. Rudeness and refusal to assist correcting this at all. They kept insisting that I pay to ship it back to them, take photos of the garment with a measuring tape and a list of other requests.
I would recommend avoiding at all costs.

I was looking for comfortable and pretty nightgowns. Silk obviously costs more than other nightgowns but these are very smooth and comfortable for a good sleep. They are well-'made. Prompt service.

I bought a pair of their sil men's trousers, using the 10% off code, which still cost over £60. I was initally pleased with them, so removed the tags. They were comfy and seemed of ok quality. After wearing them 5 or 6 times over the next 10 days, I noticed a hole started to form in the front seam as the fabric frayed from the seam. It got larger over the next time of wearing them - see picture attached
On contacting Silk Silky, they immediately dismissed the issue, suggesting I bought the wrong size, wasn't wearing them correctly by stretching, have got them wet etc etc, in broken half-english responses. The size is if anything too lose. I bought medium and they are quite baggy (I have 32" waist)
They are clearly scammers, selling very poor quality products for a high price and then try to fob you off on complaining. They have the gaul to suggest I buy another pair using a 20% code they will provide.
Heed my advice, save your money and keep away from these scammers.

I was very cautious ordering of SilkSilky as their site seemed to have been to good too be true with their pricing being fairly reasonable for silk.
I ordered the wrong sizing, which I had informed them via email and the responses where quick! Very impressed by the communication.
They gave me an estimate on how long it would take and communicated that my tracking number would be the same as the last shipping. I was a. It skeptical about that but they reassured me.
My exchange arrived within 3weeks and I am very pleased with my set. I feel great in it! My Fiance loves me in it, it's flattering.
I have been wanting to buy silk pyjamas for so long now and everywhere I look it just seems to be a little pricey.
This site seems to have good deals. I will definitely buy from here again.

This company has terrible customer service and policy. Shopping online for intimates is difficult and not having a good return policy for issues, errors, sizing etc is not a company I will support in the future. I ordered a set of underwear that were the wrong size. I never tried them on… holding them up was enough to know they would not fit. So to return, they said they will make an exception however I will need to pay for my own shipping. This company is expensive as it is and shipping is another $30+ for underwear! All companies have their cost and most companies, you can return no issue. That's the cost of doing business online. To say I'm upset is an understatement. Their response is "here's our policy" well my response is "here is my review"

I ordered a pair of silk pajamas in October for £89. I requested a refund shortly after receiving them as they did not look nice on.
I was told that Silksilky does not accept returns to a UK address and that I'd have to ship them to either the US or Germany. I spent £12 shipping to Germany. They didn't accept the return so it got sent back to me. Silksilky then told me to try sending it to their UK logistics provider, which I did for another £8, and according to the tracking, it was received.
That was 11 December. I have followed up multiple times since that date asking for my refund and each time they pretend that they don't know I am entitled to it - they ask me to send the tracking number again, or ask for my Paypal email etc. BUT NEVER PAY.
Don't waste your time and money ordering from these scammers

This is my second order from SilkSilky as I was so happy with my previous purchases. This time I was buying Christmas presents, so the sizes were all different. Almost immediately after purchasing I received an email from the SilkSilky team who had noticed the size variations and wanted to check that I had not made a mistake. When I said they were gifts they immediately replied asking if I wanted gift bags. I also had a query about underwear sizes. I gave them my measurements and they took the time to measure the underwear, and got it right. The team were always quick with their replies and upgraded my postage to express when we realised it may not arrived before Christmas. I have a small head, so it's not easy to find an eye mask that doesn't slip off in my sleep. And it's the morning's when I need it most when it gets light, to prevent me from waking up too early.
I have tried a few eye masks from Etsy in the past, but they weren't good enough for me.
This eye pad may not look as fancy as other silk eye pads, but it does a much better job in many ways.
It blocks out the light well.
It is comfortable on the eyes and much more comfortable than others on the ears.
It is wide all the way around and fastened with a velcro strip (though for the future, it would be even better if this strip could be a bit wider and a bit longer. But that's because of my head)
It fits a variety of head sizes easily.
Due to the masks total width over the ears it is not only very comfortable, but also slightly softens sound, which in itself gives a comforting feeling for rest and relaxation.
I highly recommend these eye masks.
