Is this a real or fake website. Ordered prescription glass recently and no response from customer service

I can assure you that we are a real website, we have been offering sunglasses, prescription glasses and contact lenses for over 10 years all around the world.

Yes, I did receive a response from the customer service. Much appreciated and thanks for all the help from the customer desk.
My order is on track now. My apologies as I panicked not seeing a phone number on your website
