I've read many of these reviews and I was scared at first but the owner is more caring for the safety of the animals than the profits I've ordered a rainbow boa and it showed up healthy and hungry she bit me already but it's to come from a reptile who was shipped and scared all she needs is more human contact with me and food and water so stop complaining u cry babies and grow a pair these are men's pets not girls pets

Bought three kings snakes from this guy, all were so infested with mites. I mean you could see them all over the snakes right off from opening the bags the snakes were in. Called this SOB and he told me it was my fault, and to top it off, he then hung up on me. Worst reptile guy I have bought from and I have had snakes for over 40 years. Find a reputable breeder, lots of them out there, this scum is the backyard breeder of reptiles. This guy does not care about reptiles or the people who buy from him. He cares about money only. Once he has your money, you are screwed.

I got two Sand Boas from Snakes at Sunset, first they were very little, they said they were eating pinky mice, but they did not, I spend 300 plus on these snakes. I contact them and this did not help at all, so I requested a refund, of course, they rejected it. Today one of the snakes die(did not eat at all). If you want to lose your investment buy here!

I have bought 8 snakes from this company. I am very happy with 7 of them I have no intention of quitting buying snakes but however, I am switching to Backwater Reptiles due to the fact that no one will talk to me about a resolution. After multiple e-mails I still cant anyone on the phone. Its completely ridiculous that a dealer would choose to lose thousands of dollars in snake sales over one snake. But if thats what they want...so be it. Just not a good business decision!

I ordered a ball python on Sunday Monday it was shipped Tuesday morning he was at my door. He's beautiful love him already. They were very nice to deal with. Sent me pictures to choose which one I wanted. Will definitely buy from them again.

They have incompetent customer service. I don't live in the state but bought a gift card online because my then 12 year old wanted a particular snake. She didn't order anything right away. When we finally went to use it, I realized I only had a receipt and the account I had created. I asked to get the certificate number and was told they had no record of me purchasing one. The most frustrating part... I have been getting these answers in short somewhat rude incomplete sentences for the past 2 months. I have provided proof of the purchase with my direct and PayPal receipts which they deny I sent. They seem to be computer illiterate as well as crooks. Spend your money elsewhere.

Worst customer service I've experienced in my entire life! These posts are real! They are horrible! So disrespectful! They never sent me tracking information! Barely responded to any of my emails! Refused to refund my shipping due to there irresponsibility and inability to do there damn job! On top of that some jerk decides to email me with this horrible attitude and condescending remarks. I wish I would've payed warning to the posts on here! Still haven't even received my sand boa! I will be reporting these people. Sad to be a Miami native and get treated so poorly. I had ordered a young female striped Kenyan sand boa on Wednesday, got my tracking number, and she was here Thursday morning 9:20 am! Every thing was perfectly packaged, and she's a beautiful healthy gal, but the only thing I wish would have been different was there was there was no paper of when she last ate, and in the package there was what seemed to be a cold pack, and not a hot one. Other then then great, and friendly company, with great communication. If you are considering ordering from here, do it!,

So I saw a lot of negative reviews which made me nervous but I ordered a corn snake from them anyways. They are hard to communicate with, however they were very polite and I suspect the communication issue is more due to being very busy so I don't mind. My little snake was shipped overnight to hold and arrived happy and healthy. Glad I ordered from them.

Purchased a corn snake that at first was fine with being handled and now bites every time he is picked up. Complained and not willing to do anything and just said ordered wild caught snake. I've had several corn snakes and never was bit until this snake. Do not purchase corn snakes from them. Paid nearly $90 for this useless snake that can't even be held. Terrible business and horrible customer service. Should have read these reviews before purchasing. Will never use them again.

I'm a regular customer here and today was my last day coming because I never get the correct amount of super worms I ask for they always cut me short and when I ask if they are sure if there are 90 worms they say I'll count but the extras will be taken out. He proceeds to count the worms and actually removes the "extra" he claims to have put. I'm sorry but this does not look like the amount I paid for. Very rude never coming again just wanted to let people know they rip you off!

Im a well experienced snake owner. I was scared from the reviews but figured I would gamble with it. I bought two corn snakes and took exceptional care of them. One died in a month and the other died a few weeks later.

Wasnt told what it had ate last and he passed away sadly 2 months after having him his enclosure was huge and his temps where right wasnt anything i couldve done dont recommend to buy from snakesatsunset it might shatter your heart

I bought almost a $200 snake and he bites me every time I try to get him out. It's been over a week and he's aggressive! Plus he won't eat. On top of that customer service sucks. They don't respond and when they do it's a one word answer. Don't buy from here

They shipped the snake, but didn't tell me anything, not the age, what it was being fed, when it shed last, any health issues. Nothing at all. I don't know what to feed it and how to monitor healthy growth because I don't know how old it is. They didn't reply to emails, didn't post my review. And the snake looked completely different from the picture.

I went in to look at leopard geckos. I asked how much the tangerine was and the owner told me $70. I said I would be back when I got my pay check the next day. I came back in 2 days and he now said it was $100. They are not very friendly and just seem like they want their money.

I ordered a snake and there was a duplicate order made and I asked them to not send me 2 snakes. They didn't reply until 4 days later and were very rude about it. My orders continued to be packaged and shipped while I was trying to get ahold of them to let them know the mess up. Very rude customer service. I rec come to not ordering from them.

I ordered a leopard gecko from their online store. After sorting out delivery, they stopped responding to messages. Delivery day came and went, no contact from them despite several messages, no gecko arrived. Online store is a scam. I filed for a refund with PayPal.

I contacted an associate and wanted information on one of the species they were advertising for sale. I was told that the manager had to sex the animals to tell me what they had in stock. I waited for 2 days following up a couple times through each day, with the assurance they would follow up with me. It then came the weekend and they still did not follow up with me. They also knew I was holding off on another order with someone to see if they had what I was looking for in their store. I was planning on getting at least a pair of two separate species from them. I sent them a message on Monday morning asking about their professional etiquette and they never responded. I would recommend not to do business with them and I see that they have enough negative reviews that you do not need my input. I believe they are connected to Imperial Reptiles and Exotics as one of the species I was looking for was rare and on their site.

Purchase a snake to be shipped to my location. First shipping was delayed and then I receive a baby instead of the juvenile that I paid for. Severely underweight and also very aggressive for a known to be docile snake. Spoke to another breeder and discovered he was only a few days old and should not have been sold or shipped yet. Very bad experience

So I bought a female albino ball python 3 weeks ago from these people. For one they advertised a juvenile ball not a hatchling so thats what I thought i was getting. The snake was way to young to ship in the first place. When I unwrapped the snake it had a ice pack sitting on top of it. The snake was shipped to me with a respiratory infection. She had refused to eat so i took it to my breeder to care for her. My breeder tried everything to keep her alive and she died last night. I see that im not the only person thats had issues with this place shipping sick and young animals. Never again! R. I. P baby girl

I was trying to buy a tangerine albino Honduras milk snake from them last year. But after I purchased it on Wednesday night I thought they will ship it on Thursday but I didn't get any notification from them the next. I thought they must be busy so I waited until Monday. But when Monday came there were still no any notification from them. So I emailed them and then they finally told me there was no more tangerine albino Honduras anymore only normal albino. I really want this snake because it was my first time to buy a animal online. So I said ship that snake to me and I asked is the price still the same. In other words I was looking forward to have refunds. Normal albino should be cheaper than tangerine albino but not at here. They said the price is the same and didn't show any apologizes to me. At last I got my snake and she is a happy beautiful and healthy girl. So if you are looking forward to have a animal you can buy from here. But if you are looking forward to have a good experience on online shopping then choose another store.
