There is no return address, you will either request a ticket then you will be out of time or waste hours searching for something they refuse to show, its a scam if anything isn't quite right with the order, they refuse to acknowledge and refuse to refund. Contact the International Consumer Centre for assistance.

Send your parcel via Royal Mail and have it tracked. As Stacees is a disreputable and dishonourable company, you need to photograph everything, including the attached label on the goods. Contact Customer Services at:

Be explicit and say that you are returning the goods and are notifying Trading Standards, etc.
