on 9/3/19It is legit, I bought 3 backpacks but truly regret it. The quality is a joke. It is like a child's play setup. Don't buy from them. Read complaints at BBB.
They took my order, charged me and never sent the item I ordered. All I got was a run a round.
In my experience, this company is 100% a scam. They didn't provide any kind of confirmation, most of their website are just a front, their ads are a front. Lied repeatedly to the BBB about refunding my purchase.
I have been unable to find evidence that Stealth Angel Survival even has a business registered in California. It claims to be located at 7080 Hollywood Blvd. #1100, Los Angeles, CA 90028 USA. However, as of 2019 this address is associated with Creative Technologies, Inc., located in the Hollywood Entertainment Plaza, a high rise office building owned by First Property Realty Corporation. Space in the building rents for $4.50/square foot. That means a 1000 square foot office (10' by 10') rents for $4,500/mo. Stealth Angel would need to sell at least 30 emergency kits EACH MONTH just to cover rent on a tiny office. Also, neither "Stealth Angel" nor "Stealth Angel Survival" appears in the business license database for the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, or in the California Secretary of State's database. If the City, County, or State has no record of Stealth Angel Survival, then IF company is operating out of Los Angeles it appears to not be in compliance with the law, as far as I can tell. Given the snail's pace shipping, the numerous shipping intermediaries, and the company's consistent failure to respond to phone calls and emails, it is probable that the entire company is located outside the US, or in somebody's mom's basement. At any rate, there is something not exactly right here.
It's a scam. Never received what I paid for 4 months ago
I received a defective backpack but stealth angle sent a replacement and made good on the transaction. I'm grateful and feel they deserve recognition.
Stealth Angel Survival is a wonderful online store. My shopping experience was great with them
Apparently not. They are skillful at marketing but conveniently go missing in action when it comes time to servicing their products, including refunds for faulty merchandise.
