Stub Hub allowed a seller to sell me a black and white copy of a PDF ticket! I notified them and they told me my tickets are valid. They are a duplicate black and white copy of the original. There are now at least two tickets available to my seats. Selling me a duplicate ticket knowing the seller still retains the original is FRAUD. They would not resolve the issue. I have to hope the other holder of the same ticket does not get to the venue before me. STUBHUB does not care about its customers

I did not get my tickets thru Mail, I had to print mine off

They sent the tickets but when we got to the venue, it was switched to another day, which we had no way of knowing. Will never use stub hub again. If we had used ticketmaster they would have emailed us the change

StubHub does not technically send tickets to the purchaser. If tickets are electronic, the seller uploads to Stubhub website upfront when listed or at time of purchase. When purchaser pays the tickets are either immediately available for download or sent an email when tickets are available for download. If hard tickets, the seller is responsible for sending a UPS envelope with tickets to buyer with a pre-paid label sent to seller by Stubhub.
