on 2/2/16They produce some good dresses; some have defects. Terrible customer service. No phone. Won't tell where to return clothing. Won't pay. No action on exchanges. Losing so much repeat business they will be out of business. PATHETIC "Customer Service." They don't help people; they put them off!
Don't. Other shops are more worthy of your money. You're just gonna end up wasting more money on returns as you have to pay for the shipping to CHINA and will end up not getting your refund as they won't pay for the duty and tax imposed at them hence your parcel won't be released and won't reach them.

If you need to return something, you are welcome to submit the return/exchange request in your account within 30 days from the date you received your package.
Pls make sure the items are unworn and in the original packaging.
We do have an American return address in NY, you are suggested to use USPS for return as it is cheaper. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
