on 5/14/19Hi there! Thanks for asking! Actually, emailing us at tpc@tasca.com or calling us at 1-800-598-1484 (M-F from 9 am - 6 pm) are the two best ways to contact us. We don' t advise messaging through social media because of inconsistencies in message delivery.
They don't answer the phones at all. I emailed them and was told they could not track my order because supposedly there isn't an order number and the order was not completed online, BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY.
Ordered a part in early April (around the 7th). Never received an email confirmation with the order number; HOWEVER, someone from Tasca called on April 9 and said the part was not available and the next update wouldn't be available until April 26. Matt told them to cancel the order because we could not wait that long. Tasca took the money out of the bank anyway and has not issued a refund. I contacted the company today inquiring about the refund and received an email stating they cannot look it up with out an order number. I DON'T HAVE AN ORDER NUMBER. They never emailed me. I have called 3 different numbers trying to talk with someone but NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I WILL NOW PROCEED TO THE BBB
You can't at all, don't answer phone, emails, Facebook or eBay.
They put you on hold and never come back to the phone
Three phone calls and several emails lead to no response.

The number is never answered, emails don't get a response, and the comments are off on all of their social media. I give them an F-
Very easy to contact through Facebook and Email. The live chat option through Facebook allows you to speak directly with Steve or another member of his team to answer any questions prior to purchasing.
