I didn't work for me, I purchase the dress before the end of 2015, I was promised a refund, I still haven't received it. I would not recommend TB Dress.

If you are willing to eat your money if the clothes don't fit, look like they were pictured, or never arrive, then sure. Otherwise, NO!

Why don't you try ordering one to see. Amongst my $200 buy, $180 was complete garbage (unusable) but one was decent (about $20 worth). Maybe you have better luck than me

I wouldn't trust them at all! They finally gave me the address to return the dress (which I did so at my expense.) Stating upon receipt they would refund my purchase price... also saying they apologized for the other agents as they are "green and don't know how to deal with customer service"... I sent the dress well over a month ago with a confirmed receipt... they then tried to give me a line that it's busy season and I would have to wait unless I "made my opinion on jabber dissapear" in which they would immediately refund my money and I should see it in 3-15 days. I received a phone call yesterday night(yes apparently they do indeed have a phone line though calling in i get only busy signals) that I missed stating that they have the dress and I just need to respond to the email in order for them to move forward to process my refund which I should see in 3-15 days (they keep sending the same email requesting me to make my opinion here "dissapear" to now receive my refund.) So inappropriate and wrong to force/threaten someone to now remove their review to receive the refund that they finally agreed to follow per our corrospondance according to their return/refund policy. I feel like my money is now being held hostage so their business doesn't look bad for what they have/are doing. I would have no problem updating this post to reflect their refund had they followed through so people know it IS actually possible with great effort and dedication to the cause. However, so far they now have their dress and also my money so it's a double whammy at this point. I'd be extremely cautious if you do decide to go ahead and purchase from them. Beware you may not get what you bargained for and will most likely be out your money regardless of what their site states. To be honest I worry even now responding to this that you may not actually be a person from this company as I just sent them another email so they "could go ahead with the refund". I'm hoping this will finally happen but am expecting another stall tactic or ultimatum from them as so far my experience has been horrendous. Just beware you'll likely lose much precious time and lots of patience and also money if you do indeed have a problem with your order. Good luck but I will NEVER trust this company or any associated with them ever again. It's sad cause a simple refund as promised by their site without all this run around etc. Would have probably kept me as a customer in regards to me possibly giving them a second chance on a future purchase. I'd be crazy if I ever did business with them again considering what i have and am still going through with them... sorry for the long response but I hope this helps answer your question with reasons and not just a yes or no so you can make your own educated decision.

It didn't work for me but other people have left positive comments. Personally I would not purchase from them again. However I have to note that they were prompt in answering my questions after they saw the negative review I left on this website. So much so that I actually got an international call (from China I'm assuming) from them to my cell phone, asking for me to change my review. The particular item I receive was poor in quality but what can you honestly expect from an online based website for such a low price. You get what you pay for.

Everyone's shopping opinion is different, but for me I would not invest my hard earn money in this company again. After the long wait in getting your item (which is expect base on where its coming from and price you are paying) it doesn't come, lost, or stollen you will never get your money. The customer service like talking to rock. You will not get a refund (base on previous answer blew) they too ask me to remove my post and I will get my refund. I would not because I have reach out to the company by email before my post for over 3 weeks no response until I voice my option publicly then they feel to do something.(answer my post) Smh at this point I just took the lost. No, not at all. The dresses are not true to size and although they promise to refund your money back for a return they never do. You pay at your own expense and send back their dress, which they acknowledge they have received but they never give you your money back they tell you they can only refund 90% of your money back, they tell you to take down your negative comments on this site, then they will refund your money.

So, please DO NPOT WASTE YOR MONEY.

I personally do not trust this site and will be warning all of my friends about the lack of help Im receiving from customer services. I'm shocked that no one has yet replied to my facebook message yet with screenshots of our entire email correspondence regarding orders I made with TBDRESS of around 200 dollars! This is shocking and Im reading more and more bad reviews online about this store right now. So many people have suggested that any good review they have must be a fake. I'm very skeptical of tbdress now. However I guess I am lucky because I believe I made all of my purchases to tbdress via paypal so I may enquire them to look into this further for me and to represent my case in pushing for a full refund back for me as I have received none of my orders with tbdress yet.

They refused to give me a full refund, and offered me half the amount as a refund

NO! The positive comments are left by fake users. Look at their profile pics... all stock photos, mostly of animals and nature. All the good reviews are very short, say mostly the same things, and sometimes use broken English. Stay away! Give you hard earned money to reputable companies here in the USA

Avoid like the plague! I ordered a long black long-sleeved dress, and received a sleeveless green mini dress. They only responded to my complaint after I posted on here. Then, I was told I'd get my refund if I removed my negative review: I did, and only received a half refund! So, after receving the wrong item, and being held to ransom for a fraction of the refund value, I'd say NO!

I should never use it again. If you wants to try it use PayPal så they could help you get the money back

You can trust the site as far as product and items for sale.
However.
I would not go through the aggravation ever of buying off of it.
Goods take forever to get to you. Months
Most items dont fit
And the qaulity on some produts are much to be desired.

I purchased four dresses, before i did that i read the reviews and was told their sizes were too small, i am a size 14 but i ordered for size 2xL and it fit perfectly, though one of the dresses was not as long as it appeared on their website, the other three dresses were perfect just the same as i saw on them on their website, but it took close to two months for them to arrive Nigeria. I bought a lovely sneaker from them too. It was even more beautiful than it appeared on their website. It's a risk i took and it paid off.

My items arrived ok. Just a pity they didn't fit. Their sizes are 3 or maybe 4 sizes too small. I couldn't be bothered to return them. I sold them on social media site.
