Please take advice from those with experience! Avoid this site, FULL STOP. Quality is crap. Service is crap. They use an automated answer service which I detest!

Stay clear absalute rip off... and about 2 months for mine to be delivered and havent had a refund of this place they are scum.

The duration differs. It all depends on tbdress themselves.
I remember I ordered a dress and paid extra for an expedited delivery, it took them couple of months to deliver, by then the wedding I was suppose to attend has gone and had to buy a dress locally.
In a nutshell they're UNRELIABLE, not only in delivery time but also in quality, measurements, quality of fabric and finishing.
Word to the wise, DONT even waisted your time and effort with them.

My advice is, stay away from TBDRESS. I am still waiting for a refund since almost a year ago. I was sent the wrong size dress.

It took 9 weeks to get my dress. They would send the same generic prewritten response every time I would ask about it. They gave me the run around. The quality wasnt that great either. I personally will never purchase and item from them again.

In my experience, each clothing item was sent separately and it took anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months. One even never arrived. I'm surprised that the rating is high now considering my terrible experience. I thought this website is fraud. But, if you want to bet on it, you should go for it and leave your comment afterwards here. Good luck

It took several weeks, and even then they sent the wrong items. After weeks of struggle, I was promised a refund on condition I leave a good review for them on this site. In the end, the refund was for half of what I'd paid for the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Hi Janetta. By the time i received my order in completion it was a total of 5.5 months with the first of the items arriving only in 3 months. I had duplicates and goods that did fit or wrong product. I have not and will never buy from them ever again.

Totally agree! More than a month... still awaiting for one item. Not trustworthy! You have to pay up for delivery any replacement or exchange. Never buying again from them. Also quality is poor too.

About a month. Still unable to return the ill fitting dress and certainly no refund. It's as though TB Dress is no longer operating although the other remarks show that it is still active. Just beware that you will be unable to make any returns and certainly you won't be able to get a refund.

Mine came about a week later - really quick - -although I ordered 2 other items 3. Days after the first and am still waiting for those to be shipped

The order took exactly 14 days to prepare, on the 15th day they shipped it, and happily I received it on the 20th day.
My order was 2 wedding dresses, two veils and one petticoat, I liked them! As the pictures but lower quality, it's about the lower amount of paying of course

About a month or so they ship from China.

I reviewed my order 2 months later.

I think it was about two weeks but I pray to God you don't have to return it for any reason that's when the fun begins

Um my friends order some dresses for my 15 about a week ago and my quinceanera is about a month well u think it gets here on time
