Please take advice from those with experience! Avoid this site, FULL STOP. Quality is crap. Service is crap. They use an automated answer service which I detest!

Stay clear absalute rip off... and about 2 months for mine to be delivered and havent had a refund of this place they are scum.

The duration differs. It all depends on tbdress themselves.
I remember I ordered a dress and paid extra for an expedited delivery, it took them couple of months to deliver, by then the wedding I was suppose to attend has gone and had to buy a dress locally.
In a nutshell they're UNRELIABLE, not only in delivery time but also in quality, measurements, quality of fabric and finishing.
Word to the wise, DONT even waisted your time and effort with them.

My advice is, stay away from TBDRESS. I am still waiting for a refund since almost a year ago. I was sent the wrong size dress.

It took 9 weeks to get my dress. They would send the same generic prewritten response every time I would ask about it. They gave me the run around. The quality wasnt that great either. I personally will never purchase and item from them again.

In my experience, each clothing item was sent separately and it took anywhere between 3 weeks to 2 months. One even never arrived. I'm surprised that the rating is high now considering my terrible experience. I thought this website is fraud. But, if you want to bet on it, you should go for it and leave your comment afterwards here. Good luck

It took several weeks, and even then they sent the wrong items. After weeks of struggle, I was promised a refund on condition I leave a good review for them on this site. In the end, the refund was for half of what I'd paid for the items. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Hi Janetta. By the time i received my order in completion it was a total of 5.5 months with the first of the items arriving only in 3 months. I had duplicates and goods that did fit or wrong product. I have not and will never buy from them ever again.

Totally agree! More than a month... still awaiting for one item. Not trustworthy! You have to pay up for delivery any replacement or exchange. Never buying again from them. Also quality is poor too.

DON'T DO IT! It IS a scam!
