I use this option when I am ill and just can't get to the public doctor. They care and they always have my prescriptions faxed to my pharmacy quick so that I can heal. No fuss no hassles. I will continue to use them in the future.

They claim help with in an hour. I got a call from a woman three hours later saying the dr wouldn't be in until the next day. It was very hard to understand her and I asked why I was charged three times in a row on my credit card. She said she didn't know how to fix it. So I was charged three times and got no help. I'll stick w urgent care or er.

This company promises more than it can deliver. I am a retired MD and came down with COVID. I needed Paxlovid and wanted to start ASAP. I bought an annual family membership based on their promises. After filling out the online form to schedule a telehealth consult, they said I would be contacted within 2 hours. Almost 19 hours later, and multiple chat posts, as well as phone messages left, I asked for a refund. They did provide that, at least. But I lost an entire day of treatment and had to find another provider to call in my prescription.
Save yourself time and frustration, look elsewhere for medical care.

Can't say enough about the service received. Start to finish was less than 30 min including the pharmacy being contacted with my script for strep throat. Questions asked were thoughtful and thorough. Def will use again! Btw my wife is a Pharmacist and she was impressed.

I was pleased with the kind consideration and genuine respect with which I was treated. It was convenience at a time when I didn't feel well from a minor common condition I've had before. In my opinion triage was thorough and responsible and no different from urgent care; just more convenient at a time when that was important to me!

A physician is available to review and evaluate, setup virtual appointments with ongoing follow-up as needed. Depending on the needs of the patient and the medical assessment, prescriptions can be called in to your pharmacy. For me this was same day availability and better than shipping! Refund is immediate if you change your mind. And if you subscribe for follow up care, you can quit at anytime. My prescription is waiting for pickup at Walgreens Pharmacy and was ready yesterday! The sun is out and should melt the remaining ice on my street from the recent snow storm so I can drive to my pharmacy to get my medication.

I use this service often because they are extremely fast, highly professional and 'spot-on'in addressing and successfully treating my medical concerns. I have Insurance and can easily go to any doctor, but when I am sick, it's hard for me to drive, therefore the convenience of Telemedicine makes more sense.

I do not have a Dr as I haven't needed one in years. Suddenly I had UTI symptoms and needed a Dr! (IYKYK) Walked in to Urgent Care. " sorry, you need an appointment and earliest is 36 hours out. " I hit the internet and found TelMDFirst. Filled out info online, they texted back 2-3 times with questions and within 2 hours they called in prescription. Pharmacy unexpectedly closed early on this day. Called TelMedFirst and they had my prescription at a new pharmacy within an hour. So helpful! HIGHLY recommend!

I am now on day three of waiting to hear from a doctor, get a prescription, anything. On day one they called and took my information. Said a doctor would send my prescription within an hour. 24 hours later I had to call them. They said they were short on providers and would expedite my case. At 2:21 AM of all times they texted and asked for more information which was the same questions I was asked on day one. Tried using the online chat and just got one automated response. I called again today, day three, and asked for a refund so I can just go to the doctor. She said she was looking at my case. I waited in silence for four minutes then finally said HELLO? She immediately said yes ma'am I just processed your refund of $79.99. It will be 5-7 days before you see the credit. Seems suspicious and I'll be contacting my credit card company. Also, everyone I spoke with speaks broken English. Disgusting to take advantage of people, especially when they're sick!

This was so easy...I only had 4 pills left, been on the same pulls for over 15 years. Recently lost insurance as I'm a traveler and in between jobs and in a different state than my primary care provider...I found this site on Google and it really worked! Very easy, they were very fast and friendly. I had 90 days of meds refilled within 2 hours. I would highly recommend this if you're in the same position as me. 5 STARS

This must be theeeee most u professional online doctors app i have ever seen in my life. I called at 2:45 pm its now 8 pm and nothing i got one message telling me they were "busy" this weekend. Payment was taken nothing delivered. I will be at my bank Tues morning to dispute this transaction and turning them in to whoever i need to. I could have went to the ER or urgent care for this matter!

Submitted my request at 11:04 pm MST. I received a message stating I would be contacted within 2 hours. I stayed up until 4:30 waiting. I tried to call text and email with no response. At 6:30 AM I got a text asking me to verify my Info since the patient was a minor. Text exchanges took over an hour for each response. At 9:53 AM they asked me which prescription I would like with a list of options. At 11 I asked if my prescription had been sent with no response. At 12:53 I finally was able to get someone on the phone and they said they would escalate my claim. It's now 3:49 and still have not heard from anyone and my prescription has not been sent yet. I have called 7 times to have them refund my money and after ringing for so long it just hangs up. Don't waste your time. I could have taken my child to the ER and been in and out faster than this and got more of a response for cheaper.

I have two regular scripts. Thought I'd do the family plan as it allows 10 visits per year. Kiddos get flu, simple call in for a script. Great deal. Not so. I always had 3 month supply on my scripts as it's a heck of a savings over monthly. I asked. They WILL NOT FILL 3 months. The pharmacy can't reach out to them to get next script ready. I have to request the refill. No biggie. When I do call in to ask for refill they tell me I have to do a doctors consult EVERY MONTH. My "family plan" only allows 10 consults. So I don't even get a full year out of it for just my scripts. VERY MISLEADING.

Called for my 14 yr old daughter while out of state on vacation. It took 2 hours for someone to call ( which I thought was a doctor and guess not). I could hardly understand her, spoke broken English. They said it would be about an hour for a call back after they reviewed her info and let us know about a prescription. HOURS later I finally found or the Dr assigned to get want in until 5pm Central time. Which was 1 hour before the pharmacy closed here in the state we were in. I called back 3 more times asking if they could hurry as the pharmacy was closing. They said they would send it over again letting them know of the closing time. I was told when they reviewed her stuff I would get a text letting me know. Here we are 24 hours later and still no text. Wasted our money! Thankful for the pharmacist at Walmart for helping as much as he could and guiding us for OTC meds to help. Don't waste your time money on this place!

My daughter had a severe whole body rash, and we only used the service because we are out of state in retrospect I shouldn't have! They initially said it would be two hours and then one more hour and then one more hour…. No, it was over five hours after we paid to get a response AND we NEVER even talked to a provider just received a text that said they thought she was fine and not to change anything. What a waste! As a nurse practitioner myself they must be jumping through some major hoops to make this even legal!

First I spoke to a person who had very little knowledge if the English Language. I was told she would take down my information. I understood very little if what she had to say. They say you will speak to a doctor in a few minutes. After more than 3 hours wait, no Doctor only a Email telling you your prescriptions were sent to your pharmacy. I called them 4 times and on the 4th time they never answered the ohone. 80 bucks for this. I have no idea who the doctor was or if even there was a doctor. So be careful.how you waste your money. I know I will never be doing this again. For all I know the person was in China. So my stupidity.

Initial consult went well and very responsive. Sent prescription to my pharmacist but they did not have the Nebulizer equipment that I needed for the medication prescribed. Texted, emailed customer service and called 4 times with a "I promise I will call you back" trying to get that prescription transferred. Still waiting. They are only good on the initial consult but if you need to get back in touch with them you will NOT be a priority or even a concern.
