We know First Group as an excellent company with a lot of interesting developments in various places in Dubai. At the moment - with pandemic all over the world - times are very challenging. Nevertheless they achieved also during these times a really solid revenue. Customer Service, especially Ms. Doa, does a perfect job in communicating with us and giving support for any questions. Therefore five stars over all are undoubtedly justified!

I have been trying to use my two nights free voucher in dubai, but the online system's calendar widget us faulty and does not show dates. Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved. I have emailed many times and have also called many times, but no luck.

All the staffs we met we just very nice people but the loophole is that at the first encounter they don't tell you the motive behind taking you to their office. Upon reaching there that we got to know what was behind and honestly speaking we can't force people to buy packages at high prices.

We had a wonderfull experience with the First Group.Firstly we were provided transport from our hotel and introduced to the team.We we offered something to drink.We were introduced to the First Group,and learnt that they owns about 19 hotels and 35 resorts in Dubai.First we went to mellenium hotel,the ciel tower the tallest hotel in the World we only saw it outside and went to palm jumeirah.We introduced to the packages they have.It was a nice experience

Your staff deceived me into paying for a travel package for my next October holiday, without telling all the conditions that will make my aspiration of holiday in Dubai become a reality.
After I paid the amount charged for package, I was called by one Isabel from your travel team, who told me I can not visit dubai for my holiday except I have a UK or shengen visa as a nigerian. She was so rude in her manner of appraoch, she hung the phone on me and yelled at me without showing any empathy that my savings for holiday plan is almost messed up by the restriction of visa to dubai
Your staff Heba, who sold the package to me without telling me all the truth refused to talk to me anymore when I called, rather she only charts me, contrary to her many calls before i paid
I chose because it was presented to me as a good holiday plan option.
