Hi Kathie, we buy certified organic whenever available, however, some origins have very limited supply due to the immature coffee markets there. Our Nicaraguan coffee is Rain Forest Alliance certified, currently, which ensures that sustainable techniques are used in its growth.

Answer:

The Nicaraguan coffee does not contain honey. None of our coffees contain any flavorings other than what nature provided them :)
