HI I supposedly had a free membership as a gift - went on the site just to check it out did not like it and canceled THE SAME DAY they charged me I sent them my card that clearly said FREE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP and after a month I got my money back- this year you charged me AGAIN even though I even took off my profile last year??? This is crazy, now again waiting 2 weeks to get an answer-

Contact your bank and challenge the charge. I have shopped with Thrive for almost 4 years. This is a glitch in their system. Any issues I have had have been quickly taken care of. Sorry you didn't have the same experience.

I goo boot understand how you had a free membership and then a lifetime membership and how they would require a credit card when its a free membership(?) err lifetime membership(?). I know of free 30 day trial and them one is charged if not cancelled within 30 days but if it's a free membership then one should not have to enter credit card data from which to charge annual fee...

The only way not to pay yet another annual membership to these scammers is to contact your credit card company to have your number changed. They can even charge the account you originally used after the card expiration date!
