I am willing to give it a second year. They do have great, though limited, items. I live 70 miles from a good food store such as Sprouts or Whole Foods so prefer to shop a lot on line but do go to Phoenix sometimes.
Just call they are reasonable. We have had issues that were honest mistakes. They always make us whole.
Open a chat Box and demand canceling the membership. You basically have to threaten them.
Get answers from the Thrive Market staff and other customers.
