“Frustrating Refund Process and Unhelpful Support”

I have been trying to resolve a simple refund issue with TikTok for weeks now. Despite following their instructions and submitting multiple requests through Google Play, my refund request for unused TikTok coins has been repeatedly denied. The communication from TikTok's support has been circular and unhelpful, sending me back to Google Play even though Google has stated it cannot process the refund. This ongoing issue is causing delays in resolving other important matters, and TikTok's lack of effective support has been extremely frustrating. I expect better from a company of this size, and I hope they improve their customer support processes to provide real solutions instead of repetitive responses

Tiktok is a horrible company that is racist and bias. They cater more to the big creators and the Caucasian creators. If you are Caucasian and side with people of color then you are treated just as bad. When you let them know that you consider them that way.They definitely make sure to ban you by constantly giving you strikes for comments defending yourself and are not as bad as the monkey comment you received. The best thing for our country is to get rid of tik tok. This is an ongoing issue since it started

I made a comment about Biden being brain dead. They removed my post. So I started reporting other peoples Post about them saying Trump is an $#*!, Melania is a call girl and she lays on her back all night, Melane is ugly and Already had Botox. Etc. Got the report back that it wasn't against the community standards Are you kidding me. Our fake news media and our fake news TikTok is destroying our country.

Some one has started a hate acount about my son. He is getting bullied and threatened. At least 50 of our friends have reported this acount but still nothing. Its getting so bad my son considered taking his own life. We have informed the police now and they are helping. All we won't is the ip address so we no who has started the acount. Its seems that tiktok could not give a.uvk. Its absolutely disgusting that they carnt even remove the acount.

Everytime I get write on a video or someone's FYP TikTok turns right around and deletes what I say. Some I understand getting deleted but every time I write anything it gets deleted. TikTok you are so unfair and don't believe in freedom of speech.

One you get emotionally hurtful lives and ads attacking people about abortion and other inappropriate things and that's ok but if you voice your distaste to these things in comments you get in trouble while they keep posting bullying crap. My BIGGEST is all the clothing ads coming up on my feed talking about the clothes being cheaper than they are. Saying grab this dress for 5 bucks and it's actually 23, or saying a work out machine is less than 5 bucks when It's listed at 60. Yall got tranny's making lives which I find appalling, you got people coming at people for having abortions I personally feel attacked. You're falsely advertising cheaper prices with no want to follow through. FIX YOUR CRAP TIK TOK.

Enterprise on 211 in Middletown NY- the nastiest people I have ever met. The day of pick up, they advised me that for a 12 plus passenger car- a credit card is required, but I was not informed. My husband had to call them to confirm the reservation and when he came in the day before to make sure the van was available- he was never once informed that a credit card was required for large vehicles and when he went the day of pick up he was told that a credit is required. When he asked why he wasn't informed of this, when he spoke to someone via phone and in person, they lied and said I heard my coworker tell you when she called you. But my husband called them. They were so unprofessional! They refused to help in any way. So i had to go pick up my husband and during my break from work from a hospital job, which is not easy to get a break most times and 30 mins is all i had, but I went to give him my car. When I went in to speak to a manager and ask for the form that specifies that a credit card is required for large vans, she printed the form out and when I read it with her and saw that it did not indicate it- I asked for her to call the hot line to file a complaint. She refused and so I asked her to provide me with the number. She did and while I was holding the paper, standing at the desk she snatched the paper out of my hand and ripped it and refused to give me another one. There was no apology and no assisting me with other options at all. If you can avoid renting from here, please avoid at all cost. They are not helpful or friendly people at all and they just lost the company money. Now, I have to find a rental last minute and hope they its 1. Affordable and 2. Available. My sister is married to a man in the Marines and I have not seen her or her new born baby and they are being stationed else where after Thanksgiving. So now, I won't even be able to meet my 2 month old nephew and these people at the Middletown office did not care enough to help me with other options. If i could rate this a zero I would! They ruin my thanksgiving with my family, who dont live right around the corner.

They suspended my account the moment I transferred $100,- for ad spend. They refuse to help and refuse to pay back or cancel the transfer. This is plain theft in any country and this behaviour is abominable.

Customer service is non-existent as well.

The did not solve my problem in TikTok although its been more than a year that I don't have a story option neither cant see others stories or create one?! Till now this issue still presents however i did a lot of complaints and tickets

Tik tok has alot of interesting content. However, tik tok pissed me the $#*! off when they removed my sound for an edit I made that took me alot of time. They took it off for no god damn reason. Do better tik tok, go suck an egg. This rlly disapponted me, no warning, they just remove sounds, great job tik tok. Thanks alot.

Stay away from tiktok shops. They will deactivate your account for no reason and keep your money. Then support cannot help you find out a way or how to fix it. They are a scam from China. Be very careful with this scammy company.

Heard about this app, gave it a try, just to have them ban my account for what seems to be no reason at all. I could not appeal through the app, had to research online just to be redirected to multiples of rat races and mazes. I may have made 7-8 videos mostly of scripture verses, music and cool backgrounds. There was no reason nor is my content a threat to anyone. I feel picked on and victimized because there seems to be no valid reason and no way of redeeming my account. So, I plan on creating multiple reviews letting other people know in advance what they're getting into. If you enjoy your religious rights being violated or discriminated against, then download the app and wait to be banned. They've given me no other explanation for the ban, so I'm left to believe it is religious discrimination. And I have proof, check the photo. If there was another reason besides what I've stated here, simply let me know. We're all adults here for the most part. Now onto the next review….

I bragged on this app until a couple of weeks ago when my age was put in wrong and no way to back out the app to correct it... some departments that did answer gave me the run around about who to contact while not attempting to help me nor forward my information to the appropriate dept... after trying the several different dept they kept giving me I got little response without help solving a problem that I have sent my age verification over several time. There is no phone number to contact so there is no one held accountable for the poor customer service. About to just delete this app because this is beyond ridiculous

Tip for consumers:
When you do your age verification make sure it doesn't change as you clicking the button to submit it

You become addicted to this pretty quickly. There's all sorts of content that you can spend time on. Some of the videos you would see are actually really truly helpful, but a lot of them are an absolute waste of time. Don't get addicted to consuming content.

Tiktok will not post a comment someone post because they say it goes against their guidelines. I have seen videos were celebrities and others literally cursing and ranting. See, just stupid and $#*! backwards.

My drafts of me and my late sister recently got deleted for no apparent reason even though I didn't switch devices or delete the app as I know they are stored locally. I tried contacting support but they were very unhelpful, reciting that drafts get deleted if you switch devices or delete the app (which I already knew). They gave me no way to follow up as they automatically closed the ticket without resolving my issue.

My mrs has become addicted, as soon as we get in bed and she gets comfortable that's it. Game over. Won't here from her till the morning. I love her to bits but whoever is behind this app needs to be farted on and given pink eye.

I have reported things like a Pitbull tearing another tied up dog to pieces while the female owner screams and cries, however it's not considered cruel.
Misinformation about covid is everywhere and although there is an option in their reporting specifically for this they do nothing about removing such posts. I don't think it even has moderators.

There has been a huge increase on half naked women and men on TikTok and it's getting out of hand! My lil ones can't enjoy farm animals or cute doggy and cats with out those videos popping up all the time! TikTok is turning into a porn app this is sad.
