Failed platform & useless customer support, I have been emailing DAILY for over two months to get their platform working...
They took my money immediately BUT the platform then stopped working and I have had no response to hundreds of emails.
AVOID USING THEM...

APPALLING level of customer service.
Spoke with Elena, Heaven, Logan.
Non of whom seemed to read my issue in logging in problems, eventually just giving up and not replying to me.
Apparently updating my profile to 100% is classed as suspicious activity and results in being locked out. However being as I logged in with my MOBILE NUMBER and not an email they could not help me log back in, after 48hrs of copy and paste rubbish replies that make spam bots look intelligent, they now just refuse to respond to my emails.
So they either A) Don't care B) Are not trained C) Have a weird system that doesn't allow them to do their job function properly or all of the above.
AVOID THIS APP TOTALLY.

They took £58.99 to ugrade my profile to Tinder Plus and then they immediately blocked me. Wouldn't explain why I was blocked after five requests and when I asked for a refund, pointed me at Apple, who of course said it was none of their business. In my opinion this is tantamount to theft. Scammers. Avoid them.

Tinder ignores your search criteria such as age and distance and I'd say a third of the profiles are fake. I now get international profiles even though my search radius is 25 miles (I live in Arlington, VA). Tinder's a sleazy operation. Match.com is so much better.

My account got compromised; but Tinder dont have a button to "Terminate all sessions; and change password" as the rest of normal apps have, with any concern of privacy and security.
I then, exclusive, contacted the customer support for Match; through multiple channels.
One of them replied "We highly recommend that you delete your account and start again, or whoever logged into your account will continue to have access."
Another replied "unfortunately, we are not associated with Tinder"

Paid 6 months subscription. After 1 month the app started showing same users every time I close and reopen it, my 5 stars didn't reset everyday as they should because I am a tinder gold subscriber. Reported the problem and tinder banned me accusing me I violated their terms of use. I contacted my lawyer, she said it isn't true. I only matched with one lady and we barely chatted. I haven't posted any inappropriate photos and I didn't post any fake bio or linked any other website.
My advice to you, never pay because you might get banned for no reason and you won't get your money back. Also you should know that you get a lot of likes from fake users at first, after you pay you won't receive one.
Tip for consumers:
Never pay. Just use another app.

Tinder is at its bottom. FULL of scammers and fake profiles. Don't even try to start a conversation if there's a professional photo and no profile description. Now of all the others that seem legit you'll spend a lot in likes and boost and you will not hear from any of those. The only profiles answering are the crypto scams. There's plenty of stolen models photos… just do a search around…
Tip for consumers:
Do NOT throw away money on this full of scam dating app

I've been using tinder for a while and it is rather comical to say the least. I signed up because it said that I had like 10 likes and in order to see them I had to sign up... so I did... obviously none of the people who liked me were of any interest... so I continued to swipe... never matching and barely even getting any likes in months... so I let the membership expire... and then magically I have 13 likes in 4 days...but I have to sign back up to see them...if you can't tell that tinder and all these apps are not genuine...we are truly heading for some lonely years ahead...my advice...go out and meet some real in a socal atmosphere...I'm done with online dating scams. It's all just business... no one is genuine anymore.

I met Bruno 3 years ago. He is schizophrenic and bipolar and has narcissistic tendencies. He is extremely verbally and physically abusive. Also sexually perverted. He was charged with 5 counts of assault. Ladies do not get involved with this man please stay away. He will hurt you and destroy you.
I uploaded his picture.

I only spoke to scammers on it. I think younger women didn't like me swiping right on them so instead of just swiping left they reported me. The company Match Group is openly fascist and censoring. This is from their terms of service. "Tinder reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have misused the Service or behaved in a way that Tinder regards as inappropriate, unlawful, or in violation of the Terms of Use, including actions or communications that occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service." so in other words anything they don't like. It's just open censorship from the left. I included emails to and from customer service. They just ignored me rather than reply to the last one asking for any specific details for banning me.
Tip for consumers:
It's far-left fascist censorship

Purchased a subscription to see my likes, then to be told oh wait you need this package at 25 a month! They are just at it and are taking people for fools with this type of business practice, every little function you now need to pay for separately, is just a waste of money & time, this company gives you nothing in return, avoid it at all costs, going by the reviews on here it shows how terrible this company has become

There are plenty of dating sites. Please don't lose your money to tinder and pay for an account. I was banned with no specific explanation. I cannot think of a single thing I did wrong to violate the terms of service or community standards. They took my money for a week's subscription, and I got an unexplained ban after three days with no refund, because I "violated the terms of service" which are extremely broad. I followed the appeal process to only get an automated response telling me to refer to the terms of service. Please don't lose your money to this app. After much digging, there are a lot of people on the internet complaining about getting banned for "no apparent reason." There are much better places to put your money.

The biggest and perhaps the worthless app! I lost almost a year on Tinder. I'm pretty sure that most profiles on Tinder are either fake or outdated. They never get deleted. Especially the attractive ones. Others are "ladies of the manor" with ridiculously picky requirements. They look down on men in search for their knight in armour. Not for the men with certain degree of self-respect.

After subscribing for a months service I tried to log in and was asked if I was a robot, 3 times it had me identify a bee in pictures then it banned me for life and told me I wouldn't be refunded.
I am currently disputing the charges through my bank since I didn't violate any policy, and it's the only way to do so.
Complete crap scam

Most women on there no matter what you send as first message don't respond. Either there are many fake accounts or most of the women are so stuck up they judge you off of a message. Without even finding out more about you. I have had a couple women be open and turned out to be a great time. But compared to Facebook dating app tinder replies are 1/5. Facebook matches almost always result into some conversation.

Tinder arbitrarily banned me. I did and said nothing that might even have remotely violated their terms of service. They had me go through a verification check to make sure I was human, which was followed by the ban. Their verification is absurd. It doesn't work and clearly their staff consists of imbeciles. Arbitrarily banning people appears to be the norm. Close down this criminal activity. In fact, they should be deleting any and all personal informal when they ban an account, but appear to retain it. Maybe it's time for a law suit, maybe a class action, against Match Group.

Tinder definitely targets/flags women and queer folks + highly favors cis-het men (no surprise.) Be prepared to come across endless fake profiles and perhaps being banned for absolutely no reason. Customer service is garbage too
Date of experience: May 1, 2023
Maybe I was swiping too fast or account was flagged fake (all pictures real, bio nice, messages too). I first noticed stagnating likes (shadow banned), then "account under review" in the morning, banned 1 hour later. Customer support doesn't respond. Guys, if you think why you see many pictures of cats and horses on Tinder…stop reporting accounts from real women

This business should be shut down. Anyone can scroll through any review site and see what they've been doing to people for years. Steal your money and lock your account and then sell your data. They can make up any reason they want for banning you because there is no way to fight it, and they know this. You can't contact them. They can easily deny your refund t making up lies about the ban. They are crooks. Also filled with fake scammer profiles trying to get your info and steal from you and crypto nonsense. Yes, this is first hand experience. This is a disgusting company. Never ever get on their app.

I should have checked all reviews before spending money with them

Over half of the users on Tinder are fake or potentially fake - new users beware of profiles without the check mark. My first time I had 2 guys fawning all over me both went out of country for work within a few days but kept in touch. No meeting no FaceTime no identity at all with reverse image, stories and documents are very elaborate. Do not send racy photos or money no matter how much they beg, they are not who they say they are. I insist they authenticate or FaceTime or I swipe left, if you find one please report.
Tip for consumers:
If Timber was to force authentication customers may sign up this is a very high percentage of fake profiles with no protection for the consumer “it’s buyer beware”

Only a desperate person would pay there prices and let's get real after paying for it, is it going to get you anything… answer is No… I can get everything and more for less by not using it lol. But I would add it to my inventory if they made it more realistic…just my opinion good luck everyone

Tinder used to be really hot. If you matched, you hooked up right away, banged your brains out, and that was it. Sometimes you'd find a keeper and that was even better. Now it's flooded with LTR types. Also, it's very poorly monitored. About half of the women say "I really don't use this site look me up on another site". Many of them point you to snap chat, or a rip off sugar daddy site. Tinder is OK, but weak management not monitoring content that directs to other sites has really downgraded the value of membership.
