I ordered a swegway for my son on November 30,2015. UPS still has not received the item. Is Tomtop a real company, or did I get scammed? The review are so mixed, I can't discern the truth. Please help.

I have never known them not to deliver but there is no reliable way of predicting how long items will take to get to you. Hope you get it by Christmas!

Everything I have ordered I have received. Sometimes it may take longer than other times, but I am very satisfied with their products and customer relationship.
