Take a look at the first response - the one from TomTop themselves. The original poster said he was thinking of buying something from them. Their rep came back and said "Very sorry, please take pictures and we will fix"! This is typical of their "customer support" - they DO NOT read your messages; they DO send boilerplate replies that do not address the issue; they WILL use every excuse in the book to delay and delay and delay until you are out of time to get PayPal or eBay involved. Avoid!
I will never buy from them again. No customer service when I contact them. I am still waiting for my GoolRC 210 after over 2 months and am in a Paypal dispute. I hope Paypal doesn't screw me too because I read alot of bad things about Paypal too, like they work for these companies and are not there for customers. We will see what happens. All I know is TomTop is one oof the worst Chinese companies to buy from. You have been warned.
