Never had problems with them. Yes, prices can be a bit higher, but you just have to look out for there deals. As far as the shipping goes, it doesn't take too long for home or store delivery. And they always have hard to find toys.

I find looking for my sons presents really hard, do i use online or wander the super market toy stores? You pay a little extra, but nothing beats holding the toys to see how well (or poorly) there made.

Great selection of toys and things, but nothing great to really stimulate kids. Like do it yourself crafts or science kits. Good place for plastic type bikes, butterfly nets, plastic musical instruments.

Come on? Really? Toys? Who needs to ask this question? The only store better than this one would be one that gave away free candy to diabetics. And being a diabetic, I would stand in line & take my medicine like a grown up! Teddy bear for me, please..

Stay away of them! At least don't buy online. Two of my friends ordered toys for their children on the site and first one didn't arrive on time (although he paid 29.99 for next day shipping) and it was a shame as it should've been arrived for his son b-day. Second one received USED item!

Been visiting Toys "R" Us in Singapore when it was not opened here yet in Bangkok. I find this store a very good place to bring kids, to let them see and enjoy the characters they are fond with. Games does not only entertain and it also provides education. Well this place is for everyone...

This is what Willy Wonka's factory would look like if he made toys instead of candy! You can get your whole Christmas taken care of right here and the fact that they have rewards, coupons and offers just makes it even better! The only problem is getting your kid(s) out of the store lol.

Ordered my gift items on the Dec 21.To ensure that they will get here on time I paid for expedited shipping.
The website advertised this option as 2 day shipping so I would be getting them on Dec 23. Nope. Called both Toys R Us and FedEx numerous times. Instead I was flat out told by FedEx that the packages were never dropped off.
My final call to Toys R Us, I was told nonchalantly that I will be getting them Tuesday. If you guys can't fulfill shipping obligations why lie or advertise it. Now I have to wait until Tuesday for my kids to open up the rest of their gifts.
Never again. Horrible customer service.

Great selection, not always the best prices, so check around first. Some items are exclusively theirs, then you are stuck. Shipping is a bit on the high side (in my opinion), but if you are close to a store, it ships there for free!

Good selection and good quality, but many toys are overpriced just because it's a brand name. I'd go there for a Sale or to get an idea. Although there are still some nicely priced toys that I recently bought. My son enjoyed the variety at the store greatly.

Whenever there's a birthday coming up or some sort of celebration for children - i go to this site. Great selection, great prices and great customer service. I am more than pleased. And so are the kids with their gifts.

This is the best place with lots of toys necessary for a child from the smallest age till 14 years old. My cousin is 9, so I can always find here what to buy for her, even when I'm at a loss and have no idea how to impress her again. With Toys R us it is always possible. She has so many thing from this shop already! I recommend it to others!

I have 4 grandchildren who live on the west coast so this is my go to website for birthday and Christmas gifts. The first year he moved there I bought their gifts locally and it cost me over $50 to ship them there via US postal service. Now I have Toys R Us ship directly to my son's home so that saves me on US postal rates. Plus if you spend a certain amount shipping is usually free. I have never had a problem with their service. I highly recommend them

Placed an order and it arrived within 2 working days. Well packaged, great information provided on the site to help with choosing the product.
Only problem was that the confirmation email showed a link to track the delivery which didn't work so I had no idea which courier it was coming with or when. Customer services didn't reply to my email until after the order had already arrived but not a major problem.

Im speaking from experience in the Leominster, MA location. They are always out of stock on the most wanted toys. They have poor selection for a big toy store. You would think they would have more fantasy/video game/tv show section of toys. And when i ordered from them online, for Christmas. They sent me the wrong item(s).

I would think twice about ordering something from them on-line. I bought a drone and less then an hours flight time it malfunctioned. I've tried to return this item for some time now, I've filed two complaints with Better Business Bureau which they haven't responded to. I'm getting so frustrated trying to deal with them, even though I sent them the receipt they gave me they are still unable to verify my order! Totally incompetent, I think they do it on purpose in hopes you'll give up and they can keep the money anyways. It's been a terrible experience.

Very disappointed in their Customer Service.
I purchased an item on Sat online for the full price.
On Monday, 2 days later it went on sale for $10 less.
They refused to refund me the $10 difference. I had to return the item for a refund then purchase it for the sale price.
Is that stupid or what? No customer service there. Terrible experience with Toys R Us. Every other big box chain store would honor that sale price and refund you the difference in that situation.

Ordered a birthday present at 10:32am. Paid for next day delivery as ordered before 6pm which is their cut off for next day delivery.
Paid by PayPal and it went through fine, but Toys R Us didn't collect from PayPal until 19.35hrs that evening. Result? Present due to arrive too late for the party.
Shop elsewhere, this is simply disgraceful.

I do a lot of reviews and I am honest to a fault. Anyone who is a savvy shopper who does their research knows full well that you can get a lot of items this store sells just by doing some serious price-matching. For instance, an x-box game I was interested in was 8.00 cheaper at a local game store. That's quite a difference, don't you think? I don't shop here anymore, now that I have wised up.

They expected customer to ship the spoiled product from my country back to US and I have to pay back and forth for the shipment! I have got many spoiled lip balm and California baby sun block! Horrible experience and sent them many email!

I ordered a car and guess what? The car was BROKEN and there were missing items. The car looked as if it was returned by someone because some pieces of the car have worn away. Also, when I went to return it, they said that I can't! So I had to bring it back home and tried to fix it. I would tell you to stay away if you don't want your package to be broken and has missing things.

I will never shop there again. I ordered lego item. Was in stock in store and online even couple days after the order, but 5 days later got cancel order email. You wonder why as big as Toys R Us don't have inventory checking system. I also used my rewards and they can only reinstate it for 14 days. I know I don't buy from them often, but I don't want to do it at all. Called CS and they offered 20% off instead of $20 off in the original item. I had similar things at Target, but they made sure I would come back by giving me 50% on higher priced item.
Ps Most of the items in Toysrus are overpriced even vs MSPR by $5-$10 compare to Target and other retailers.

I placed an order at the beginning of March through their ToysRUs branded site (identical to HW site except for colour/branding). It's now well past their 1-6 day delivery timeframe. They don't respond to any of my messages/emails/calls. They haven't so much as sent me a tracking number. Their most recent reviews on their site are from September 2019. Starting to think this is a scam. I spent $1.4k on Lego. How can I get a refund if the order never arrives? The worst service in the world. Chinese fake lego sellers have better service than this. Let that sink in.

If you want to use a credit card you were assigned that you've not used in a while, don't worry, they will have closed it for you.
If you want to shop in a cool environment so you can stroll thru the isles making many purchases, don't worry, you can sweat all they way thru the 80 degree store.
If you want to get help for a specific item from the customer service reps, don't worry, you'll do better asking another customer, the reps don't even know the store lay out.
If you want to use a coupon that was mailed to you, don't worry if it's still in date, because they might not have the product means you miss out.
Such a large store with no real flare for what it means to be a consumer pro store.
