The WORST customer service we've experienced. After "chatting" over and over for over a week. They say say the same things over and over. It's a joke. We will be taking action to receive our money back in it's entity since they refuse to send the rest of our boat.
Impossible. No number or email provided. Used a link for help. Their reply was in Spanish so I couldn't read it. I am so angry that I ordered from these people.
Actually all is system auto reply. But I just follow the instructions and choose DHL Delivery. They all is auto followed and email a delivery date and time. Good and detail clear.
The worst customer service ever - worse even than that on AliExpress. Avoid like the plague.
