I have still not received my goods, more than 50 working days since the order was placed. Only time will tell whether I had been scammed, or whether it has just been terrible service.

Not sure. They sent a photo of my package, but that could be anything. I couldn't read the shipping label because the photo was so small.

Took a month to receive my boots which were faulty and now they won't refund! They are not legit!

They showed a picture of my order also. And on the address to me they put the number of my street, but didn't put the name of
My street on it. What made them think it would get to me? But the bad part is they tell me it's in customs and could be there from
2 weeks to 60 days or more. Looks to me like they deal with cheap goods from foreign countries. The last time I checked on my order, it said the package had been sent back to the consigner. What's that all about?

Tradeinn.com is legit company and they will help customers following the order. And keep in email as well.
